- If you're a car enthusiast and visit Los Angeles, Newcomb's Ranch is usually your first stop. Angeles Crest Highway is one of the best driving roads in the country, and although there are "better" canyon roads that locals claim in and around Malibu, ACH feels like home to everyone. But there's one problem. The Iconic restaurant is closed. Let's take a tour through the ranch with J Ryan and his wife Nicole.

I was a broke college student in LA decades ago & way before I wrenched so all I had was an '89 Camry, then a '99 Infiniti i30 that I ended up with by happenstance.
Better believe I still blasted those things through every canyon road I knew of almost daily. I definitely knew how lucky I was to have those roads back then.
@afroninja3322 Not really. That is only a problem if your mods are illegal. It's possible to build a lot of crazy things. It's just more expensive. And even if the modifications you have aren't exactly legal in rural areas like where I live, nobody cares

6:52 While that may be true when you were up but usually its quite the opposite. Especially during weekends. There's a lot of people who step over double yellows and never use turnouts. I'd say 80% of the time. But anyways, wholesome drive and thanks for sharing what Newcombs looks like on the inside!

Wow, showing this to my mom who use to ride up to Newcomb's Ranch on her motorcycle all the time in the 80s. When I've been up there I've only seen through the windows, that's so cool seeing inside!

Before visiting, consider installing a Speedway Composites Chassis Strut X Brace, it will improve chassis rigidity and provide more settled control in the cornersa.
I can’t modify a press car.
Interesting aspect about the heat from the e-cooling up front. So cool storage only in the cabin. I believe Corvette owners could benefit if one could leave the nose lift could be programmed to be left in the lift position even with parked, or raised in certain modes even at stand still.
I wish it would open again, but sadly it’s just so out of the way that it wouldn’t ever get much business and to get people to work up there only 3 days or so for only so many hours would be tough for sure. But I hope it can open again someday!
is the E Ray better than the contemporary 911 Turbo S in terms being the best all rounder sports car?
