Ghinel James Tuazon People inflate things especially the switch. I’m so fortunate to have gotten it two years ago at a target where there were like four other consoles for the original price. However right now it’s so infuriating because every thing about the switch is gone. I have been in the need of a new pair of joy cons but there weren’t any in my store so I had to resort to Best Buy shipping and had to wait four days and counting to get them.
It felt good watching this after just getting a switch cause he said “ congratulations on your brand new switch”

Dauntless is also an awesome free game from Epic. Having upgraded to the elite battle pass this season, I would even argue that you might as well stick to free. You can still get everything out of the game in free mode, it just takes a little longer, and who doesn't want those extra hours anyway? The only other things you get in elite are really just fashion-related lol.

Literally just bought a switch about an hour ago. Did the setup, and put it on the charger to start my first play at full battery. I'm here to learn about the switch features. And I'm commenting... because I can.

@@calciumcannonlover561 It's actually awesome. I bought a pokemon game with the system first. But I bought a year subscription for Nintendo plus (about $20) and that gave me access to a lot of my old super nintendo games like Super Metroid and the Mario games, and Donkey Kong (for "free" with the subscription) and just bought Stardew Valley at 50% off... So, it's awesome. My only complaint is that there's no usb charging. I've heard that there is a specific charger sold for that purpose but didn't pursue it. But to sum up, it's awesome. I get to play on both my TV and pick it up and go play anywhere else when it's done charging. Get to spend more time with my cats in whichever room they're at.
Did something broke through this time? I'm really interested in nintendo switch but 2 things are always changing my mind: Joy-con drift and expensive price of *games* .
@@Unknown-bi6rf Honestly, the prices are about the same as on steam. And it seems there are good sales for games as well. 70% off for some titles I saw. And I haven't experienced any issues with the joy-cons so far. I take care of them and am quite careful with them, which may play a part there.. But I don't have anything to really complain about so far. Runs like clockwork and the prices are comparable to the steam title prices. (steam is PC gaming, you probably already know, but just clarifying.)

I don't know if it has been mentioned already but back-lit LCD panels actually drain the battery faster than when displaying white color. Only amoled and oled panels benefit from dark mode due to the wsy the displays work. So if you want to have a longer battery life for the cost of convenience keep it set to the default theme.

Quarantine made me a gamer.
I literally knew nothing about games before, during the first lockdown I got bored and pulled out my 3ds and played 5 Zelda games. I got hooked and wanted a switch to play botw. To pass time I downloaded steam and played games like the witcher 3, tomb raider, little nightmares, etc... And then I got a switch and botw, mario odyssey and others. And now I play videogames every day lol. I started not knowing how to use camera control, now I can't play without it. Yeah, quarantine folks, gaming knowledge and a way lighter wallet.

FYI: Black background on LCD actually uses MORE power because the backlight is still lit and you are charging the pixel to block the light. The more you know!

Love the vid Internet Daddy but the Switch uses an LCD display which means the backlight will always be on for all pixels(it can not be individually controlled, either on or off) switching to the dark theme does not save any battery life but I will admit it is way much easier on the eye and suits the black bezel more.

I've had mine since last Xmas and the only wear I have is the back plate got scratched by the dock on the side that doesn't have the kickstand. Other than that the hardware works fine

I keep on searching up "How to make your nintendo switch fun again" because I got one and I played it constantly for 3-4 months straight and now i'm just bored with it and I don't want it to go to waste because it is a good console/handheld gaming device. (So what I'm trying to say is be careful about playing it ALL the time. Me personally got bored quickly so if you get bored after so long then just be careful.)

One little trick for those who want to save power on their Switch. Holding down the Home button will bring up a little side panel which will allow you to mess with brightness. If your playing in a dark area then turn down the brightness on the Switch screen, it will save you some power to last allot longer.
Can't remember who tested it a while ago but it gave them a extra hour worth of power while playing Breath Of The Wild.
The most important thing is you must get smash

My switch is coming today from amazon with Mario maker two! This video was very helpful
But, one thing should do when you first get your Switch and with many battery powered electronics Dont Recharge it first. Use it for awhile drain the power down if it has any to about under 15%. It will make the battery last longer or in theory it should.

for those who can't afford smash bros, brawlhalla is an amazing free alternative (as mentioned at 2:48) it is NOT just a smash rip off and has a lot of nice features (and it doesn't require nintendo switch online to play online quick play OR ranked, which is a great bonus) so for those who like fighting games, its the best budget friendly game on the switch (in my opinion)

Soon gonna get my switch! I’m not really into games like warframe, but I really love fortnite and minecraft. I’ve got minecraft on my iPad(bedrock) and pc (Java) and did have fortnite. But apple removed fortnite from the App Store so I wasn’t able to play it for a long time. But now I can play it and even attend fortnite events! Best of all, fortnite doesn’t even need Nintendo online subscription! Definitely buying smash bros ultimate. Probably will buy Mario odyssey and *maybe* breath of the wild. Other than that, fortnite, for free, man..... finally getting my switch, 3 games + these free games, and also a 1 year free Nintendo online subscription (it comes for free, with the switch I am getting).

account banished, but its okay if you buy games in just same amount of money that its cost.
i say this because i was buying games in low cost as possible, so i made new account when i found lowest price game in another country.
which end up having 7 accounts total, its so confusing i can’t distinguish what games i bought in certain account.
so don’t make another account, just change up your country.
