  • In this video I show you a way to create windows of different designs, which I used in my previous builds (for example in the my "small medieval castle - no mod" build) using several DLCs like "people of the dragon", "riders of hyboria" or "seekers of the dawn"
The trick behind this is the fact that certain building pieces can be merged together if you place them in the right order.

Very helpful tutorial. Could you please tell us what all the pieces are, I seen the picture images of them but would be helpful to actually know the names of the pieces used in the steps you showed. Thanks and great work. :)

Also on ps4 at least its a slightly different process if you want just walls and crenelated too. The doorframe does have to placed in order of course but then im able to switch the doorframe to any wall piece. Idk if others will have the same problem but i do so just fyi

I saw you do something like this in a no mod version of your small medieval castle design, but I did not catch all the steps. Thus, I was wondering how you did this. This is a great trick for those who cannot use the Less Building Placement Restrictions ( AKA LBPR)mod to achieve the effect. This is a very useful trick! Can this be done with fences overlapping door frames, also?
EDIT: Nevermind, just clicked on the Necromancer's Lair video and that is exactly what you did there in the first moments of the video.
