Shake tutorial please
Try this for haiko like composition...
Step 1: Make a duplicate layer of ur clip.
Step 2 : Use blend option [ multiply ].
Step 3 : Then add gradient map effect in clip [ select first white second black ]
Step 4 : Low the opacity.
Step 5 : Move the clip left or right anywhere u want..
