If I could spare a few minutes of your time just to provide some context on the event that happened last weekend.
My sister posted some kind words about me during the week and wanted to raise awareness around mental health, especially the prevention of suicides. Still pretty raw, however I have been processing it in my own way, but wanted this story to outline what is happening around us as we speak. Also providing a positive spin on how we can move forward and stay connected through these uncertain times.
