I once was a dancer but had to stop dancing for 6 months. I felt low and demotivated about my progress but everyday I visualised myself doing a perfect arabesque which I found hard to do before - after 6 months I went back to dancing school and on the first day I tried doing the arabesque and I succeeded my teacher was speechless she couldn’t believe it and me neither honestly . 6 months of visualisation gave me more results than 6 months of training 😂

~1. Write down 5 things that you want, EVERY MORNING
~Do this because your mind can block you
    ~Give yourself permission to dream
~2. Visualise the process, not the end goal
~Visualising doing the work, leads you to doing the work.
~lowers your resistance to the process of doing the hard work
~Prepares and motivates you to take the actions to succeed
~3. Feel yourself in the process
~Your brain doesn't know the difference between you visualising things and you actually doing them

Listening to Abraham Hicks has taught me the following: The "how" to acquire something is none of your business. If your are in alignment with your desires, the universe will show you the path. Trying to find the path on your own will only overwhelm the mind.

I know, but take a moment to ponder these thoughts:
True, however she does speak to the "going in the direction of it".
Like you, Ester/Abraham has had a strong influence on me, and sometimes I have to engage myself into the process *and remember "I am also a Human me", "we are infused Soul in Human Vessel", and experiencing in the Physical.
We realize that actions is minor compared to Thoughts, we Mel realizes this she will Quantum excel in all she does.
"Her processes are expert Physical", "Abraham's expert NonPhysical+ and understanding the Physical", *(but there appears to be a value that has an edge when You are actually in the Physical at the moment),* in (comprehending the influence of the Emotions.)
Understand? *Its like "having the experience of childbirth" vs "in the experience of childbirth".* For males I would suggest using a "toothache".
*Being in the experience is a whole other Level of knowing about it.* 💥
We are still Humans and there are times that we must apply some Physical "kick-start", as we continue to Master our Thought applications.
I believe you will fully "get my meanings".
*Best Successes and Appreciated Achieved's* 😉

I can appreciate this perspective, especially step 2. I respect the fact that different techniques work for different people and that there really is no "one size fits all" way of deliberate manifestation. As for my own personal experience, I have utilized Neville Goddard's technique of living in the end/Acting as if. I have manifested a multitude of things from money to front row seats at sold-out concerts just by standing in my living room visualizing a scene that implies I already have what I want. I feel the energy of the arena, I see the entertainer on stage singing to me and reaching for my hand. And it happens! Somehow, someway a front-row seat comes available, even if it is 30 mins before showtime. I found that for me, trying to piece together the bridge of incidents of HOW the desire is going to materialize creates a tremendous amount of resistance, because my brain is trying to logically figure out how I am going to get the thing and what steps are going to make it happen. I don't want to limit my possibilities to the parameters of what my brain believes is possible or logical. I tell my brain that ALL things are possible and it is coming to me through the path of least resistance harmoniously. When I say, "this is what I want, so I am going to act as if I already have it and let the Universe create the bridge of incidents to bring this to me in the most harmonious way", it works WONDERS for me each time and it blows my mind the way my desires show up. Ways I could NEVER have fathomed. Including the day before this video was uploaded, which was my birthday. I needed $500 and I just said that, no matter what doubts or fear I feel, my body can feel fear and I am still getting my manifestation. An hour and a half before my birthday was over, through the most unlikely source EVER, I received $550. Sometimes I am inspired to take physical action on a manifestation, sometimes no physical action is needed on my part particularly, in order for my desire to manifest, but action from another source may be taken. I am okay with that too. Whatever it takes to get out of my own way. Please know that I am in NO way, shape, or form dismissing or disrespecting ANYTHING that Mel Robbins has said or teaches. Nor any of the evidence she provides to support that which works for her and many others. I totally respect her stance. I am simply sharing a different perspective and adding that this particular technique DOES work, it does NOT however work for ME. There is also evidence and studies to support alternative ways of manifesting as well. The important thing is that we all want to live our best lives while on this planet. We have the right to live great lives. My belief is whatever gets you there is the right path for you. Every path is the right path if it resonates and works for YOU. I wish everyone here nothing but the best and happy manifesting in the way which works for you and have a fantastic New Year🙂

For me, I just feel lost. Like my whole life has passed by and at 58 i'm stuck, drowning in debt and in a job that's very unpleasant and stressful, alone, overweight. So I need this, but I also need to be able to see what I really want. What's blocking that vision is a mountain of things that I know I DON'T want anymore. How do you get to what you really want vs all the things you don't? And when you know what you want, what if you have no idea what the steps are that you need to take to get to where you want to be? How do you visualize the steps when you don't know how you will ever get there? Maybe my thing is I have SO many things I want to improve, I don't know where to start...

For instance, you Can record your Vision and goals with your smartphone and listen to them daily or several Times per day. You Can also act physically, as if, play the scene at home like in a movie. I have found that playing, role play is even more powerful than visualization. You Can also draw, paint, make collages etc. It's very powerful as well.

Actually the most enjoyable visualizations for me lately have been falling asleep while thinking about my next most easy simple steps towards something that excites me. The tip about visualizing your STEPS before the end goal is something I havn't heard from a teacher before so I am excited to put this into action. Thank you!! What I want to know is when I'm working towards a big goal on a business idea and I hit or nearly hit a first milestone even after so much time of focus I change gear, lose motivation, self sabotage and start thinking really negative about it til I am unsure if I really want it then it comes crashing down? Why is this? I really want to be successful and own my own business but I keep shifting gears for which one I want to work towards as soon as things start to get going for one?

This CD is absolutely wonderful! th-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq I liked it so much that I bought a copy for my sister who also liked it. It is very well done. I like the fact that there is nothing in the background to disturb - no music. I am able to concentrate on the various steps of meditation. The pauses are perfect, and him's voice is soothing and encouraging. I would highly recommend this, especially for beginners. I think I will always be a beginner.

I've just discovered you, what a blessing! I have been trying to use the LOA for a couple of years now, made a vision board, but still feel like I am walking in treacle. All areas of my life need a boost, difficult to know where to start? Relationship? Career or Home life??? Just subscribed, so will start to listen to all your pearls of wisdom. Thanks for sharing 🙂

Mel is amazing. No one explained things like her. I am seeing lots of positivity in my life by following her practices.
In this video my biggest takeaway is : visualizing the steps like eating healthy, exercising everyday for better health.

So Powerful! Give yourself permission to dream with the lid off! I love the fact that Mel doesn't just tell what to do, she explains why it works. I have heard it said before that where your focus goes, your energy flows. Great message! If you are struggling with dreaming remember that you first have to believe that it is okay. Give yourself permission to manifest your greatness and watch what happens!

This is fantastic! Thank you! I used to be a professional ballet dancer and before a performance I would visualize myself doing the choreography. Just by visualizing, the muscles needed to execute the movement are actually firing even though I'm not actually dancing!!!! The mind is a powerful thing!!!!!
