Pike's Old-Fashioned Soda Shop in the south end of Charlotte, NC, dishes out nostalgia and sweets in equal measure. From the music to the creamy, handmade milkshakes, Pike's strives to not only evoke old-timey soda shops of the past, but uphold their delicious traditions. At the polished marble counter, customers can see Pike's employees hand-squeezing fruit for pies, or pouring the syrups and mixing the sodas themselves.
