    A hack and a suggestion. Buy the Aquaphor lip balm with SPF. Then you don’t need to spend extra money buying a sunscreen for your under eyes and they are typically very expensive!
    Any chance you could film this again, but this time do one eye with Aquaphor and the other without? Prep the no Aquaphor side as you normally would, the other eye with the Aquaphor and then apply the exact same makeup products using the same tools to both eyes. I’m very curious to see a side by side comparison and also curious about the wear time of each.
    Thank you,
    ❤ from Shannon in Canada 🇨🇦

      @@marie.theartist I meant a makeup product that imitates how this looks 😋 Aquaphor is the OPPOSITE of “greasy”/oily! That’s why even every hospital uses it instead of products that are oily and too thin, not just us Derms and Estheticians 😁 The issue is it’s SUCH a thick, moisturizing barrier cream that wearing it for a couple kinds of people (like myself) Milia can form from the oils our skin produces itself because the skin can’t “breathe” under the barrier, so all the oil and sebum, etc. clog pores 😢

    • @res1023

      @@LivingDeadBabyDoll Hear me out. I have super sensitive and oily skin, aquaphor clogs my under eye too. The only moisturizer I use is vanicream light lotion. I put that under my eyes before makeup in two layers. I put it all over, let it sink into my skin, then apply it again same way. If I’m putting sunscreen on, I’ll do a layer of vanicream then sunscreen then the 2nd layer of vanicream. My makeup looks sooo nice after and my skin isn’t messed up the next day. Make sure it’s the lite lotion, it’s in a pump bottle. I think it’s just called moisturizing lotion for sensitive skin now. Best stuff ever

    • @LivingDeadBabyDoll
      @LivingDeadBabyDoll 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@res1023 I can’t use vanicream products _at all._ 🥲😭 Except for on my elbows for some reason lol, but thanks for sharing (and making me jealous lol) 💗 I’m going to replicate your process and swap out Vanicream with my holy grail Vit. C and Lactic acid moisturizer to see if that might have a good result, since the texture comparison isn’t actually that drastically different surprisingly🤞🏼
      My skin is so stubborn, if I don’t use a moisturizer with _some_ chemical exfoliant in it as well as hydrating ingredients and Vit. C for my daytime moisturizer, I start having issues with oil buildup clogging pores and in worse cases sebaceous filaments start trying to form 😫 I’ve had some sensitive and oily skinned clients that swear on this product too, but I can’t use ANYTHING else except for occasionally a Salicylic acid moisturizer during my morning routine if I already have some SC/clogged pores or a couple pimples. Curse picky and high maintenance skin 😢 (P.S.- you said *_IF_* you apply sunscreen?! 😳 PLEASE never skip sunscreen! Pleeaaasee 🙏🏼💕)

      @patriciaflake815 this is Google response.
      Milia are tiny cysts that develop due to harmless buildups of keratin under the skin. They are common on the face and around and under the eyes. Milia are not pimples, and attempting to pop them can cause further inflammation and scarring. The pores need to clear out the built up keratin for the milia to go away.

      @dsaylor36 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@missyt543 As a person with mature skin that gets dry under the eyes especially with certain concealers and powder, I would prep the under eye with a heavy oil whole doing other stuff( hair , brows etc) . I wipe away the excess or blot and it leaves the area very moisturized. There's not enough left under the eye to mix with product. Other moisturizers just don't prep and soak in as much as the mineral oil. It is easy to lightly wipe away once time is up. It really works well if you have a problem with cakey dry under eyes. Now though there is such a variety of concealers that this problem can be alleviated by using the products the right way.

    If you have oily skin, it doesn't work. Chap stick doesn't grip it sits on the skin. I tried it 3 days in a row, and it creased on me like crazy. I wanted it to work however for me it didn't work. 😮

    When you look 25 with no lines or dark circles, like you- it’s EASY!! When you’re a senior with lines and very dark circles, this does not do much! I’ve tried it, using the Aquaphor sick for lips, just like SB, and nope! But on you, of course it’ll work easily! 🙄

Why it never works with me 😭😩 I have fine wrinkles and dark circles under my eyes. Please any advice? By the way you look amazing . Oh my gosh 😍😍😍😍and I love love your pink hair.

    Scott Barnes does or did J Los makeup. So I'm pretty sure it will last. He also does the Nutrigena Sunscreen spray ( I think that's what it's called) for glory skin. On the legs and body. Watch Tati. She had Scott on there a few times. And he shows his hack.

      Oh please ...lol.. This is NOT a " New Thing " for everyone. Many Women like Marilyn Monroe used Vaseline and other Women from years past have used heavy oils & even balm like ointments for facial routines. Women in my family have been doing this for generations.... ! I thought everyone did this bc it's well known old school beauty .
