Jesus Chavira what do any of those things have to do with her musical career? her last album was released in 2013 and we've only heard Til It Happens To You in between. Born this way was her last good album.. in 2010. she can't be counted as a 2010s artist if she wasn't consistent with it. Rihanna has released three albums since 2010.
Jesus Chavira that all did very well on the charts. plus, she's done multiple collabs with lots of popular artists. lady Gaga has sat pretty much idle, musically, for a while.

Britney's style is often associated with the 90s so even though she's a mainly 2000s act it's okay. But gurl, when it comes to style Gaga was a REVOLUTION. All the main pop girls started taking notes from her. I like Rihanna but she's much more of a street style icon while Gaga has had numerous outfits that contributed to her pop star persona: her The Fame hair, the meat dress, the bubble dress, her androgynous look, her Telephone and Paparazzi look...
Gaga was a flop, her reign didnt even last 5 years before she started tanking. RIhanna has been going strong for a decade now. You need to be RELEVANT for a decade at least to be considered an ICON!

Rihanna was bigger in the 10s than Gaga, Amy and Katy. Whitney was overshadowed by Madonna in the 80s. Cher was consistant but never the female artist of the decade.

When it comes to her voice she can whistle like NO ONE(people can do it but no one has ever shown the same talent as she has), her range and agility are fascinating and that is why she got the title of songbird supreme. 2010's- Taylor Swift/Rihanna-> (should have chosen a different outfit for rihanna, that's her album photos. The general public don't know that. It should been something more memorable like her short bob hair in the work music video)
