  • Hello, today I invite you to watch a video of building a D-Day diorama, where we will put the model from the previous video. Something tells me that there will be more dioramas on this channel.... I liked it a lot. A new feature is 3D printed mini figures, which you can download on my Patreon.
    So, Normandy 1944...

Really nice. The small landing craft usually have a crew of 3 - 4 sailors. a Coxswain who pilots the craft and is in charge. He would be standing in the starboard (right) side in the rear of the craft , an engineman who operates the engine, adjusts speed & direction, and a line handler or two who do everything else. The Coxswain is usually behind some protection as the enemy usually tries to pick him off before he is close enough to land the craft. The "climbing nets are usually just cargo nets and are olive drab or some other dark color. I have even seen camouflage ones. Beautiful work.

Beautiful job. I hope this is representation of a training exercise, since the troops don't have any rifles!!

Excellent work, I do my water using the same technique, hardest part is waiting for the PVA to dry! The figures are superb.

You can also use toilet paper and white glue to sculpt the water.

congratulations on this. i especially loved the cheap solution to water effect. Do you think this could be achieved without airbrushing? maybe applying various colors with drybrushing?
