Define measure of central tendency -choose appropriate measure of central tendency with reason for each variable -total income of family, blood group, weight of adult... Plz explain this question mam?

In measure of central tendency mainly we talk about three mct I.e Mean, Median and Mode .
The best CT is Mean which gives you average
Median is middle value when data is set to least to greatest.
Mode is number which occur most in the data set.

Need your help. I am doing research project on what motivation factors that can retain p-hailing riders in their industry. My independent variable is Low Pay, Lack Of Communication and Low Job Satisfaction. Dependent Variable is Motivation. HOwever i am confused how attribute can be develop in a conceptual framework. What is attribute in my research study. My supervisor asked us to connect attributes with variables in the framework.
