Very similar story with me. I refused to take statin, so my primary medical doctor prescribed me drug, and in the paper that comes as instructions of how to use it says, like: "don't take drug in case of clinical hypothyroidism ", even thou my doctor knew I've had surgery of total thyroidectomy. Very irresponsible from the side of so called medical professional.
So nice listening to other people's journey to healing because in this one, I am reminded that I used to have trouble sleeping because my mind is so busy thinking about work and all sorts of things. But now, 7 months into this way of eating, my mind quieted , and I go to bed with no worries and my thoughts are reigned in.:) Good for you Graham and thanks for sharing your story.
I tend to stay away from boerewors, too much of something in there that not right for me. However I got a sausage from Woolworths which is much cleaner than those boerewors, no side effects. Thanks for your input, appreciated.

Yes! I think that’s why my husband bought into it…I stopped snoring in under 2 weeks on carnivore. We both started sleeping better. 😅
