Amazing!! I love holding nutiden double at a worsted weight gauge as well. It takes a little practice to get the tension correct but once you have it, it’s beautiful
I love hearing about your processes before, during, and after! Your wrap-ups of each project are so succinct yet informative in the details that matter based on yarn choice and fit. Thanks for sharing all the things!!! I have felt so much better not applying for as many test knits in the last couple of years. I am not someone who is motivated by tight deadlines or having to rush. By giving myself the freedom to cast on whatever I feel like casting on whenever I feel like casting on without the looming "you should be knitting on ...." of a "work project" (even though it's volunteer, I categorize test knitting as "work knitting"), I just get to enjoy all the things. I mean, I'll still apply when I feel like I want to and can commit but scaling back has felt really good! Of course our lives ebb and flow in how we have to balance all the things so that balance always looks a little different! Obviously it's all on ourselves, we are in charge of our own making! lol.
