You can have normal zinc levels but it's the ratio to copper that's important to look at. Look at it like making coffee, if you put 3 teaspoons of coffee(meaning copper) in a very large pot and 3 cups of water (zinc) the ratio is perfect, but use only 1 cup of water it's going to be strong coffee. Meaning high copper to zinc ratios. Also can be associated with LOW histamines sometimes.

What if you have elevated pyrolle levels but normal Zinc, B6, Mg. Levels? RBC, Serum, Intracellular ? Why would you supplement in that case. ?
