That first one makes me laugh....every....damn....time. The way she looks away as soon as it leaves her hand is hilarious. I had the yips once and I asked a buddy to high-five me as hard as he possibly could. I sure wasn't overthinking my next putt. Damn hand stung for half an hour.....but it worked.
3:18 Watching this one live, everyone in YT chat was like "whew... it's over" and there was one guy in chat that said "she could still miss that" and I was thinking, "come on, don't be mean," but then she did
Some deep lore for your next compilation... Kelsey Wilmerding in the 2014 Las Vegas Gentlemen's Club Challenge: FPO Round 1 coverage on McFlySoHigh's channel.
4:36 That’s my home course (Oak Grove in Pasadena, CA). They removed that basket placement for wildlife reclamation and I don’t miss it one bit. That little hill is steep on all sides making layups all but impossible. You basically had to run it from any distance. Three-putting or worse was pretty common, especially when it was an elevated basket.
This used to happen with me. Here's a tip. Get mentally prepared, and then have your mind talk to your body before you putt. Move your arm a bit and focus on the connection between brain and arm. Visualize every part of the physical act and ensure they are on the same page.Apparently a lot of female pros don't know about this.
I think that she (and also Jakub Semerád) try to fix current putting form, that is why they both repeat same motion with no change to turbo or something else.
Honestly with the putt Kona was using during that 6 putt, the only way she’s making a putt at all is with funky alignment and/or consistent early releases. Good that she didn’t stick with that putt but I don’t think her putt these days is much better statistically
I find that holding the disc upside down for very short putts will never allow you to "hook a finger" like we see here. Also, doing the same in windy conditions on short putts can be helpful.
I guess, also just keeping your stroke very up and down, so many of these are just totally flawed follow throughs that are diagonal and outside of the frame of the basket and their body…Paul and Eagle aside who just missed which statistically will happen from time to time.
I think if you take these too seriously you honestly will actually break your confidence, what little mental game there is in putting. I really wish some of these folks could laugh these off. I mean these are terrible and I understand why you could get frustrated, but it’s honestly mechanical. Just have to know what in your mechanics makes your putt successful and what makes it break and fix that on the fly and keeping your head up by not taking it too seriously.
To be a sponsored professional and be that bad at putting is frustrating to watch. Putting should be the equalizer between men and women, because it takes the least amount of athleticism and strength.
Most women's sports aren't as enjoyable to watch strictly based on the science of men being designed to be more athletic and stronger. I only watch FPO when I'm stuck at home or want to feel better about a bad round lol
How many of the FPO players don't have day jobs? It can't be more than 50, including endorsements, can it? I've never even been to a course that hosts big events, do they have club pros? Is that the most likely way to become a full time player and not require secondary income? I'm quite curious, as I've seen a few stats and all the top players(including a few pros) around here have full time jobs.
Misses putt then falls on her face. Incredible.

She was in front of Cat Allen and was trying to pay tribute and impress her.
Bless you for putting these together.
Pun intended?
@jxlisbeats7546 I doubt it. Seems like one of the rare time the oddities of the English language happen to work out like that.
@@timo4938 😂 what a weak post, putt in more effort or stay home.

I thought I played bad this weekend..but watching this makes me feel way better about myself 😂😂
I'm watching this to make myself feel better.
Legend says Evelina is still putting
What a terrible comment that made me giggle about a person who would probably regularly beat me.

Dude that first one, holy sh*t! I actually spit my cereal out.
Painful to watch as I get the 'yips' as well. To the point where I only play casual now ( no more tournaments ). Just can't seem to get over them!
3:28 I genuinely don't understand how that's possible, she could just drop it in
Had good laugh about that one

Eveliina refuses to stop power-gripping her putters, so she always putts way too hard and doesn't have a consistent release
@blobdabob I noticed that too, really bizarre, you gotta use a fan to get a clean release
“What do I need to shoot to be 100 points below my rating….”
And most of these fpo clips are from the lead card lol.
I need a compilation of unlucky tree kicks to make myself feel better about the horrendous luck i had last weekend
this video made me realize just how many people dont know how to mark a lie properly lol
😂that first one I died
Horse: dead
SmallBoreOutlaw: -grabs whip-
Blomroos' putting stroke is unacceptable really. That pause is just not it
Hillarious! Whats next hockey with beachballs?
Am I a bad person because I was laughing pretty hard at some of these?
"A 9" 😂😂😂😂

Mafia in frisbees? Whos doing the betting books? 😅😅😅
Starting this… i have a feeling there’s a lot of FPO in here
12:00 i didnt think in all my years of watching anyone good enough to play with mcbeth on the card, would do something like that
i do that all the time at apple valley tags....so makes me feel good theres one thing im as good as a pro at....

Ya, the thumb is way less likely to hook....NOT.
@@ronjones-6977 you don't put you thumb inside of the rim.
Try it...
I understand distance on a drive but when it comes to putting there is no excuse for the horrible misses these women are making

When in doubt, turbo putt it out.
A lot of misses right which is interesting... also a lot of these player's putt don't flow and have a hitch to them
I see why they paid Kona
The shorts?
I have coined a term called "Puttastrophes" I thin that may b more appropriate..
Stuff of nightmares fo sho.
Women's disc golf is a tough watch .... I know that makes me a horrible person in today's world ... But .. it's my opinion...
To be a sponsored professional and be that bad at putting is frustrating to watch. Putting should be the equalizer between men and women, because it takes the least amount of athleticism and strength.
Everyone agrees women suck at sports. Natalie Ryan proved that.

They do throw some bad shots but they also sometimes drill 350' tunnels, it's kind of wild to see the inconsistency lol
@@timo4938yeah well i bet you’d get absolutely demolished by at least 80% of the FPO field on any course
I had a feeling it was going to be mostly female players..
Im betet putter that all off the people in the video😂
Out of content cos you have to reupload some clips? Gosh, money hungry
You hate to see it, so you put it all in a condensed video and watch it over and over.😂
Not trying to be sexist or anything but is it just me or are the women disc golfers just so much worse half the time.
but then again that last clip is as bad as you will ever see and it was a man
@@derpderpin1568 that is true it just seemed that the women were more consistently worse
80/20
Men are superior!
Crazy to think that these women are pros and doing this as a job, still wont put the work in and doing these put rallys constantly, embarrasing
