Veel mensen vallen over het feit dat deze set al is opgenomen, en hij op dit feest niet live aan het mixen is. Deze set is inderdaad van voor naar achter helemaal klaar aangeleverd al dagen voor het feest. Maar daar gaat het toch niet om? Hij neemt ons mee in 25 jaar muziek. Dit is zijn cadeau aan ons. Zijn gevoel, zijn visie, zijn passie etc. Wij pakken hier min of meer zijn hand, en lopen die jaren mee in 1 uur tijd. Deze set gaf voor mij persoonlijk het beste weer waar 25 jaar Thunderdome voor staat. Ik denk dat wanneer we 5 jaar verder zijn, deze set nog steeds in het geheugen staat van mensen. Dan lijkt mij het doel bereikt toch?

@@ronhuijbergen tegenwoordig is alles internationaal en super commercieel. Daarom geen unieke Nederlandse subcultuur en underground omdat alles draait om zoveel mogelijk verdienen aan dance.

And then again.. fitting 25 years into less then an hour makes you pick the most well known or recognizable parts of songs. But back in the day there was more mixing songs into each other. Seems like now adays people need breaks every couple of minutes from dancing with all the drops and breaks ... ;)
Yes. Unlike the old days ,there's something missing. It's too cerebral ,the way it's mixed...it should be felt in the body ,not planned by the mind. DJs used to "lock in" to it ! To the crowd, music , Soundsystem ........there was something before that seems to be missing now with all this digital technology.

Deze set is van tevoren opgenomen.. Als je goed oplet kan je zien dat hij niets zelf mixt, maar alleen zelf aan de knopjes draait.. Promo blijft uiteraard wel een meester in de Thunderdome muziek..!
Ook jongens als Promo doen wel eens dit soort dingen. Dit is echt prerecorded hoor. Kijk maar bij 1.25min daar is hij met zijn camera bezig terwijl er een plaat ingemixt wordt. Rara hoe kan dat? Ik had liever alleen de show gezien zonder een dj die nep staat te draaien. Dat is niet Thunderdome of Promo waardig maar eerder iets voor die nep gasten uit de Amreikaanse EDM scene. De set is wel leuk om gewoon te luisteren. Het was een top feest!

Veel mensen vallen over het feit dat deze set al is opgenomen, en hij op dit feest niet live aan het mixen is. Deze set is inderdaad van voor naar achter helemaal klaar aangeleverd al dagen voor het feest. Maar daar gaat het toch niet om? Hij neemt ons mee in 25 jaar muziek. Dit is zijn cadeau aan ons. Zijn gevoel, zijn visie, zijn passie etc. Wij pakken hier min of meer zijn hand, en lopen die jaren mee in 1 uur tijd. Deze set gaf voor mij persoonlijk het beste weer waar 25 jaar Thunderdome voor staat. Ik denk dat wanneer we 5 jaar verder zijn, deze set nog steeds in het geheugen staat van mensen. Dan lijkt mij het doel bereikt toch?

Why on these days djs doesn't actually mix, just stop one track and - - > next track play... Sound like a rushed mashup
@@TheTommyb171 sets like this are not really mixed but made on the computer. This is done to make the light show in sync.
And then again.. fitting 25 years into less then an hour makes you pick the most well known or recognizable parts of songs.
But back in the day there was more mixing songs into each other. Seems like now adays people need breaks every couple of minutes from dancing with all the drops and breaks ... ;)

Yes. Unlike the old days ,there's something missing. It's too cerebral ,the way it's mixed...it should be felt in the body ,not planned by the mind. DJs used to "lock in" to it ! To the crowd, music , Soundsystem ........there was something before that seems to be missing now with all this digital technology.

Deze set is van tevoren opgenomen.. Als je goed oplet kan je zien dat hij niets zelf mixt, maar alleen zelf aan de knopjes draait.. Promo blijft uiteraard wel een meester in de Thunderdome muziek..!
Deze set is denk ik niet van te voren opgenomen, maar wel gerepeteerd en helemaal uitgezocht.
Dat zou promo onwaardig (mij tegenvallen van hem) zijn. Dat is meer iets voor tiesto en guetta.
Hij gebruikt zijn koptelefoon niet eens haha valt wel op promo
Ook jongens als Promo doen wel eens dit soort dingen. Dit is echt prerecorded hoor.
Kijk maar bij 1.25min daar is hij met zijn camera bezig terwijl er een plaat ingemixt wordt. Rara hoe kan dat?
Ik had liever alleen de show gezien zonder een dj die nep staat te draaien. Dat is niet Thunderdome of Promo waardig maar eerder iets voor die nep gasten uit de Amreikaanse EDM scene.
De set is wel leuk om gewoon te luisteren. Het was een top feest!
