- Here is a great way to create bedding areas using hidden roads and 2 tracks! This is one of my favorite buck bedding areas on the land, and it was also one of the safest and easiest to create...

Been following you since 2018 has helped me get two nice Northern Michigan bucks
Man I love to hear that Andre ..and that's tough to do!! Happy for you 👍
Wish I could send pictures on here!
What I would like to see more of during your videos Jeff is a sketch or picture of what it looks like on paper and how you did that particular bedding area. Sometimes it’s difficult to see exactly what you are doing. When you say things like, you can see over here we have, or if you can see over there we did this. Most of the time, we can’t in the video. Dylan doesn’t actually show it. Yes the drone footage does help but would love to see it on paper. Just my two cents. Thanks
That buck looks happy in the bedding area you created.
😁 very!
Been watching and following for around 4-5 years now and learned better stand placement and a better hunting area and I went from a big doe to start in the freezer to a big 8 point by moving my stand to a better more hidden spot on top of a small hill on the edge of a swamp bottom
That's awesome Chris...really happy for you!! Have a great weekend!
Buying my seed now. I know you said I don’t need to rush but why wait!
Ha, might as well!? We appreciate it Mike!
Good morning Jeff the deer trails I found do think I should widen a bit around the areas were I’m going to set up. I have lots of woodland areas. Excellent video Jeff
Great Video
Looking Good Jeff! 🙌🏼
I’ve been replanning some areas that need work this year. My goal is to define food, bedding and movement in between as best as I can. How would I turn some of the food plots into great bedding?
It really seems like that some switchgrass plantings take a few years. Like the old adage "sleep-creep-leap!"
We mowed that 1st year switchgrass. Some we've had reach 4' by the end of the 1st year. Always 5-7' by end of the 2nd year. All depends on level of weed control...

Appreciate you Jimmy!
I would like to talk to you. I believe i have a property in Michigan you helped with. And i am to nervous to add anything. We have changed it a touch. I would like to know if you did so you can see what it has become.
I’ve seen on one of your small parcel design videos that you recommended a “food plot trail”, but in this situation, you do not recommend food on the trail.
On small parcel Food plot trails, is it fine to leave hinged trees against the trails? or create a soft edge throughout?
Hi Blake! On a food plot trail hinging to the outside randomly is gr at... perpendicular to the trail plot.
You rarely if ever want to plant food within a bedding area tho. Then there is less of a reason for deer to leave their bedding areas before dark to travel to quality food sources on the outside.
Please cover pipeline and power lines
I’m just here to say I beat Kurt! 😂
