I bought it some years ago. Worked at first. Then came in the closet and now I wanted to use it again and can’t get it on wifi. When I read it can’t connect with the wifi from now 2021. Don’t like that. Is there no upadate?
@dita van stipriaan hi there. Have you tried to hard reset the camera? Can do it by press and hold the reset button around 10 seconds until the camera promt "reset back to factory default".
After that, try to re-setup the camera again.

@@5u8y86 yes I try’d but didn’t helped. So it is going to the bin 🙈 and I don’t like that. But it doesn’t do anything anymore. The strange thing is, it did worked. But I think the routers have been a lot faster nowadays (??). Bought it 2 or 3 years ago. So the program from this product is to old and need an update

I;m using ICSEE for 4 cameras, we are trying to share it with our parents in the other side of the world, we create an account for them and check the sharing cameras before, but when they enter to their account the device window is empty, i opened here and I can see the cameras. also they use our administration login and it is the same, they have an empty device list
our camera connected once last night now it won't again, we're not doing anything differently what could be the problem TIA
@catherine lawrence hi there, have you tried to restart the cam? Can simply restart it by unplug the power cord then wait for 10 second then plug it again.
i ave this exact camera and app. But as good as the quality is, the camera itself just picks up so much noise that I cant even hear what someone is saying at the front door? Is there a way to minimize the backgroud noise or i guess to turn the Mic down?

i don't think there is no options for turning down the mic volume since it only have on / off option for the mic. ;)
If I start ICsee with with my Account login and my Remember PW I will not find any Add my camera, If I log out is the same. What shall I do? it will be nice to add to your presentation how to add second camera.

do you have stable internet connection both in your home and phone? bc, it needed a stable internet connection to connect ;)
I cant find the reset button, and it wont detect my qr
the reset button should be around the cam. Look carefoully all around the cam. There should be a tiny hole. Press the tiny hole using pinset / paper clip / needle then hold around 10 sec until the cam says "reset back to factory default settings" keep holding it until it said "wait to be configured" then released.
How to add an additional camera that is on a DIFFERENT WIFI network?

Try to restart the cam by unplugging the power supply then wait around 10 sec the plug it in again 😊

@@5u8y86 it was not possible to connect to the system because the internet was weak. I was able to connect to another WI-FI.

I have a wifi smart camera but there is no qr code sticker ,someone remove that paper from camera ,now how I connect camera to mobile or how i get that qr code

I have inserted the SD card, the app says that there's 59 gigs available, the problem is when I try to review any photos or recording under 'Cloud Service', I get an error 'No query to the message' even though I have paid the subscription for 6 months. I have also selected 'Format SD Card' on the app to ensure it's in the correct format. I would appreciate any help in resolving this.

For playback video. Tbh i never use cloud service. But, all i know is. This type of camera can only read maximum 32 GB memory (never tested iy with higher then 32 GB also).
U can try to use 32 GB memory then enter the camera then hit the gear icon (upper right corner) from there you should be see "storage managment". If the memory is properly installed. U can see the detail of the memory settings & information. 😊
After completed the setup for the memory. Simply press playback (left side of the mic icon in live view mode). Then you should be able to see your recordings.

My camera night vision and lighting system are not working
The night vision sensor is placed right above the camera (that tiny circle hole) try to closed it with your fingers. See if the IR led showns up (purple lights) around the black body around the camera. If not working. It looks like there's a problem with the camera hardware.
I have a new wireless router and even for factory reset it won't connect. The qr code doesn't work either.
What size sd card does this camera use

why i cant open at the computer, registration of the memory card camera's?
u mean by. U disamble the sd card from the cam and use card reader to watch the recording on your laptop or PC?
Somehow, after the sd card inserted into the cam and u want to watch the recording on your pc or laptop using card reader. The memory card cannot be detected (i believe that the cam have their own format other then FAT32 & NTFS like generally we used for hard driver and phone).

scan the qr code using bb barcode scanner apps. the qr code should be available outside the box or in the manual book.
How to change camera time?
@toxic_girl simply go to cam apps then open your cam then click on the gear icon (top right corner) then select "general about device" then select device time. it will sync to internet time.
Is this camera also for longer distances ? Or just inside your own home, on your own wifi ? When I am away from home and I want to log in to my camera I get an error code 999935000. Can anyone please tell me what this means ?
It can be use while u'r away from home too as long as both your cam and phone have an stable internet conmection.

@dita van stripriaan, art i don't think so. Because the hardware is oldies & only support 2.4 GHz frequency.
But, it still can be worked normaly if you have 4G or 5G frequency wifi.
How do we connect second mobile to same camera
In the 2nd camera or more. Select add shared camera then follow further instructions.
Hi Good day.
I have installed this cam and also I have a shared user (using temporary login).
But now, I want to delete the shared user but I cannot find the function to delete the shared user.
I have done a reset but after that when I connect back with my phone (registered user) the shared user can still view the cam.
Any idea how to delete a shared user??

Sorry for late reply, have you tried to delete the cam from the shared users phone?
As far as i know, once you've paired your phone to the cam & reset it back to factory default (cam) or uninstall the apps from phone then install it again, it will automaticly detected the last connected devices.
So, the solution is. Delete the device (cam) from shared phone then uninstall the apps. Then try to install the apps again, see if its still detected your cam. It Should be fully removed the devices now.
Let me know the results later ;)

But what if the shared user are not around anymore, eg someone just disappear, LOL.

Some one, shared user, is your friend now, so you allow them to share the cam but later they are not your friend.
So how to delete them??
They definitely will not allow me to have access to their phone to delete the cam & also they are nowhere to be found.
That is the problem I am having.
The only way is to remove the cam & not use it anymore.
Even resetting it will not do any good.
Because the serial number is LOCKED inside the shared user phone.
There must be a way to delete shared user WITHOUT SHARED USER phone physically. ???? right??

Since its an ip cam type. Try to change ur wifi password. Ip cam needed correct wifi password in able to be use normaly & streaming while we are outside (using phone mobile data to connect) or even we r inside the range of same network (using home wifi).
If u change ur wifi password & setup a new connection to the cam. Then the other phone won't b able to stream to ur cam anymore since the password has been change ;)

Changing WIFI password is also a not good idea as I have many devices connect to the wifi using Mac filtering.
I am not using one 360 cam but many to replace my CCTV using port forwarding > DYNDNS
Very tedious to do so.
But it could be best thing to do if no other choice.
This is just a shortcoming of the app creator.

I'm having issues reading sd card says inaccessible wrong file system on pc after motion detection recording on cam
have u tried to format your sd card? Because, most of the problem related to that issues is from corrupted sd card ;)
Tzuby Tj I been quick formatting it and keeps doing it. must be the app icsee in play store I plug in the sd card and it says d:/ is not accessible the volume does not contain a recognized file system. please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted message from Windows 8. and then I unplug it and put it back on camera, it still got all the recordings through the application. so should I buy the ultra sd cards or is it the app
Sergio Figueroa ah... try to install vlc media player then use vlc to play the video format on ur pc ;)
Or.... try to use the sd card into other gadgets for example ur phone. If ur phone can detect the sd card video. Then, it must be the card reader or the sd card adapter problem.
I'm having that's issues once & finally notice that my sd card adapter is broken lol.

Hi there mate, sorry for late reply ;)
The working micro sd card format for all type of cctv is FAT32 (like mostly storage format).
Have u try with another sd card? Or can u stream the video when you'r outside the cctv network?
For example, u'r cctv is connected with u'r home wifi then u open the apps using u'r phone mobile data.
If can't, then the setup is failure or not complete yet. Try to restart the cctv by pressing & hold the reset button behind the cctv for about 20 seconds then release. Then do the Setup again ;)
What size 23rd card u used cuz mine don't fit bout a regular i think 64 card

J'ai achete une camera ICSEE, je ne recommande pas du tout. Le mode d emploi est en anglais. Le boitier de la camera est bas de gamme. Il n'y a pas de detrompage pour la carte sim. Impossible de la connecter au WIFI, et pourtant je ne suis pas un debutant dans le domaine. Ne pas acheter cette camera, en plus pour 60euros, pour moi c'est poubelle direct. :(

Have you try to reset the cam back to factory default settings?
There's a tiny button and have reset letter (mostly placed behind the cam or some models are placed under the cam).
This reset back to factory default setting is kinda tricky.
Press & Hold the reset button around 20 seconds then relesase it until the cam says "wait for wifi configuration" then delete the device in your phone then try to reconfigure it again.
This method mostly works for all brands of ip cam. ;)
This has happened to me too. I just brought one and can't get it to connect.
