Nice video and audio, including of GE CF-6 engines. Wow, the sound of them engines is very close to the legacy DC-10 engines on previous DC-10 jets. Is this the same engine or similar one that was on former DC-10 jets? Sounds so close to that of the old big birds (DC-10s).
One of the only airlines to still offer meals in economy class and on very short flights too! Top notch pilots as well, they run these very old planes with impressive skills! Some incredible emergency landings from Iranian pilots are on you tube and worth checking out also.
Shame the operators & Airbus don't bother retrofitting the still very functional older variants with standard wing fence tips or blended sharklets as well as a new engine option!. There still very functional aircraft in the modern age the A300's & A310's even simple carbon composite upgrade to tail section an vertical stabiliser, wing sections an well doors can shave quite some weight From the airframe & more efficient powerplants can all boost operational efficiencies.
Good to see the A300 is still in service!
The a306 is a very powerful bird. When operating at lighter weights 4000-5000FPM climbs are not unheard of with these aircraft.
2:25 plane spotter from their house :3
1:27 reminds me of the tf39
The CF6 Growl Sound Is Also Heard In The CFM LEAP-1A (As Half Of The Ownership Of CFM International Is GE)
Two thumbs up for the engine spoolup alone; would love to fly on an A300
A300 and A310 are so powerful 😮💨
Tahts true I love to watch them climb
excellent engine sound and very nice view of my home town including Alster and Elbe rivers
4:41 Looks like the noise of the RB211 of the 747-SP corsair in which I was in 1999
well it is really similar, did you enjoy the flight ?
Wow it sounds just like the 747! Go figure it’s got the same GE GF6 and P&W JT9D engine options as the ‘47, both absolute beauties
You are absolutely right the sound is really easy to recognise
What a beautiful sound ♥ ♥ ♥
And then, reducing to climb thrust. Wonderful too 😍
It feels so much alive. Listening through my Macbook speakers, I felt I was actually onboard the flight !
Coming here after seeing Mustard's video about the A300.
3:48 Woahhh! that power increase
Awesome 🤩

I'm not a big fan of flying but you have appreciate the great views you get being on one..
An NADP-1 takeoff. The airport in the thumbnail looks like Hamburg Finkenwerder Airport, a few mikes southwest of HAM.
uhh-they are flying over a DIFFERENT Airport (looks like a cargo facility-Airbus?)
The fairly steep take-offs are for Noise Abatement!
legend is still alive :D
I can’t believe Iran air a300 is still alive in 2024. This reminds me of Iran air flight 655
Really durable nothing like the industry would produce to day
So steep... I had to pop my ears open only from watching this !
Iran Air
Wow there is some beautiful views ❤
My Home Town
Great Footage! Liked
Flew on G-MONS an A300-600 before it was retired
this roar remind me the 747-200 series
CF6 ROAR!!!
Nice takeoff engine sounds!
Had to do a steep climb as they had to turn back around and there must have been some incoming traffic.
The Original Airbus A300
Its the best
Now that was a takeoff and a half...!! :o

Dose it mean there was head winds?
why does an a300 comme from Hamburg? Are they still build there?
Good shot of a steep take-off! :)
Sounds just like the Ini A300!!! 😁
RIP on Iran Air flight 655
:( RIP
Wonderful take-off!
Wow. That was steep.
Sounds like a l-1011🤔😃
👍🏼✈️🇩🇪greetings from Berlin

Very Nice.
Engine sound is exactly like the a330
3300 rpm
Good.
Nicee 👌
Nice >:]
👍👍👍
The only thing about that plane is rudder! I would never trust a plane that rudder breaks off because pilot inputs at normal speeds
