As I said before, you make your bed, you lie in it - for JX. Because I’m sure she knew what she was getting herself into by marrying such a man from such a ridiculously ‘traditional’ family. It comes across as sort of like bullying to me. She’s a wife, not a maid. She’s also another family’s precious daughter and should not be, imo, bullied into serving the man’s family because of old fashion ah gong’s beliefs. Before the wife entered the family, housework was also done. Right? It’s not like everyone was waiting for this particular woman to come in to do the housework. She’s another family member/ an additional family member and should be treated with respect and decency as a daughter-in-law, not a maid. And these two male guests (big sigh) - I would like to comment that they are super low EQ and aren’t good at inference and putting themselves into the shoes of others.
