Niice Episode 😍 I enjoyed it 👌🏻 Oh i remeber the steep hillclimb after Oulx 😂 I also slept in Oulx and startet at 07:30 in the moring. It was too rough and early for me, I had to turn back 30m bevor the top 😅
Someone had the luxury to stay around and wait for the roads to be open/ridable. I suppose many bikers come only to this region and not like us just passing.
1:26 This is no mistake. Imho it's the best, fastest and the most fun way up. By a fast margin. Going down this route is the worst nightmare. Either go up the ski slope or from Salbertrand. Go down the route to Salbertrand. The third legal option is closed atm. Speaking about legal: Please do not take the shortcuts in between corners, so we can ride there the next years an no one closes the tracks... Thanks.
Gorgeous! I've done lots of the Lake District and west to France, most of the passes but not this region. Any chance you have a GPS track of this eastern IT region. I would love to make a contribution to your efforts (videoing, editing, etc) in exchange. Thank you. And I'll be back this summer; love to ride with you guys....we have the same sense of humor!
Thank you for watching! Since there are frequent updates to openings and legality of roads, the only way to make sure is to use the official up-to-date Trans Euro Trail GPX downloaded from their website just before the trip. As per code of conduct riders should not share GPXs anywhere else to avoid trouble.
@ it is! When I look to your video and mine then I really want to go back. I did jafferau in the sun. Less difficult but more fun because you can ride it harder 😂

The stories that make us :)
Amazing video! I was there in September, and it's incredible to see how the panorama looked completely different just two months later.
Thanks! I suppose by September the snow had finally melted? :)
@@EaglewoodADV Yep! And the vegetation was much drier, the Gardetta looked completely different.
Great video as always 👌
Thanks again!
The views in the end 👌🏻❤️ What a spot to camp, even in a parking lot without trees 👌🏻 Hope you behaved well the next morning 🤠😁😁
Find out in the next video :)
Perfecto!!!! very nice
Been there one week after, same spot at 09:50 and even met the same guy ;-)

6:40 Nevermind 😆
Yeah, but probably later in the season. There was no way to get up without crossing the snow fields.
@@EaglewoodADV I wrote that comment before you reached the snow... so I added the "Nevermind" :P
@ yeah, I figured 😆

Hey mate! Great views and experience! What part(s) of Italian TET it is?
Thanks! The names of the parts are right there in the title. It's all in one region of western Alps.
The TET sure looks like Appalachia gravel roads at times.
Oh, I do wish to ride Appalachia one day!
Laps!
Love it guys! I launched the same video today 😂
It’s how we get through the winter, init? :)

@ lucky you! I wish we could do Jafferau and Assietta in full, but the weather and damn cyclists had different plans.
