This design is lovely. My only question is do you have any problems mixing systems like that with Gelish and OPI? I was always told two gel polishes won't work together

And when using gel and before applying nail art you mentioned roughing up the surface. Do I topcoat and take off the tacky layer then rough them up? Also where do you ger your brushes?
