In legends arceus, arceus tells the player that it sent one of it’s “arms” to transport you back in time. And then allows you to catch that “arm”. But the lake trio never created humans, instead, they came from another world, namely, the human world, which is a separate world from the Pokémon world.

It might not be stated sentence for sentence like how this guy explained it but based off the canonical information provided by the anime, manga, & video games then theoretically the following events could’ve happened maybe not in the exact order but it’s a great interpretation of how everything came to be. We know 110% Mew has the DNA of all Pokémon so evolving into each species is hypothetically plausible. True Arceus is my favorite though, PLA confirmed it but fans can’t dispute that a higher being in the Pokéverse doesn’t exist. Note he’s not saying Groudon, Kyogre, & Rayquaza directly created ground/rock types or water/ice types or flying/electric types but that their actions had an ecosystem influence on the further development of Earth’s life forms. I would only add that Zygarde was also born along the weather trio because yes earth, water, & atmosphere was created but management of the ecosystem had to have been activated otherwise the damages to the Earth from Primal Groudon & Primal Kyogre first clash wouldn’t have been able to heal while they slumbered.

So the tree of royalty goes something like this. Arceus -> palkia, dialga, geratina -> mew -> groudon, kyogre, ryquaza -> Ho-Oh, Lugia -> legendary birds and legendary dogs and regigiga that created the regies. Somewhere in there there's also a parallel where the three guardians that created humans.

That's alright, this was a bit inaccurate anyway and fairly speculative. Such as Rayquaza creating wind. It's more likely the natural elements of the world existed (albeit possibly after creation by Arceus and the creation trio) And things like Rayquaza Groudon and Kyogre came about to effect the elements but where not the ones that created the element so to speak. We can't accept everything in the lore as true. If we did then every time Entie used roar a volcano would erupt. Or the entry that says Regigigas moved the continents. It very well may have. But it's also more likely that the pokemon world also has tectonic plates like in our own world and they would do that naturally anyway. Just because Kyogre and Groudon increase the dampness and heat of the area around it does not mean they are solely responsible for the creation of all water (and technically land altho without water all you have is land) on the planet. Also claims humans where created by pokemon which could technically be true but is more likely that they evolved from normal animals like in our own universe.

Since Generation I, a particular asset of Grass types is being the only type that is immune to Leech Seed. As of Generation VI, Grass-type Pokémon are also immune to powder and spore moves, such as Sleep Powder and Stun Spore. Additionally, Grass Pokémon are the only ones affected by Rototiller and Flower Shield. Those moves raise both attack stats or the physical Defense stat, respectively, when used. Forest's Curse adds the Grass type to the target's types. Grass-type attacks are resisted by seven types, so they're tied with Bug as the most resisted type. Those resistant types are best covered by Rock and Ground. As of Generation VI, Dark and Ghost have neutral matchups against every type that resists Grass. When Grassy Terrain is in the effect, the power of Grass-type moves is increased by 30% (50% prior to Generation VIII) if the user is on the ground.
Contest properties In contests, Grass-type moves are typically Clever moves, but can also be any of the other four contest conditions. As of Generation VIII, there are 112 Grass-type Pokémon or 12.27% of all Pokémon (counting those that are Grass-type in at least one of their forms), making it the third most common type after Normal and before Flying.
A Pokémon with Protean or Libero will become a Grass-type Pokémon if it uses a Grass-type move. A Pokémon with Color Change, Imposter, Mimicry, RKS System, or Multit

We can't accept everything in the lore as true. If we did then every time Entie used roar a volcano would erupt.
Or the entry that says Regigigas moved the continents. It very well may have. But it's also more likely that the pokemon world also has tectonic plates like in our own world and they would do that naturally anyway.
Just because Kyogre and Groudon increase the dampness and heat of the area around it does not mean they are solely responsible for the creation of all water (and technically land altho without water all you have is land) on the planet.
Also claims humans where created by pokemon which could technically be true but is more likely that they evolved from normal animals like in our own universe.
