"Thieves, murderers, and other malefactors are God's instruments, which he uses to execute WHAT HE HATH DECREED IN HIMSELF.”-John Calvin institutes, b. 1, c. 17, s. 5.) 3). “God not only foresaw the fall of the first man, and in him the ruin of his posterity; BUT ALSO AT HIS OWN PLEASURE ARRANGED IT”.
