Blitz ,Fever and nfl 2k was the only footgames I would play.felt like a video game if I wanted the real thing I’d go outside and play football wit the homies.damn I miss the late 90s early 2000s
I remember the day Xbox came out. I was 20 and hadn't moved out of my parents place yet. I was working full time and saving most of my money, but every once in a while I would splurge on something, and definitely did that day. Bought this game, Halo, Project Gotham and Dead or Alive; a spare controller, DVD remote, and memory card (which I didnt even need), and I think it was all around $650. I remember hanging out with my old buddies and all of us gawking in amazement over this graphics. It doesn't look good now lol. This game has not aged well.
Classic series. Plenty of hours spent on this one in particular, mostly with my older brother. We would alternate QB and WR, try and torch everyone with the deep pass game lol

Peak graphics at this time, way better than madden. When I first played this game I wanted to ditch madden and the ps2 altogether man lol.
