The car can be tailored to customer's taste, he literally said that. Japan is a traditionally RHD country so that's what you'd expect to be the stock configuration. Of course there are LHD Rolls Royces as well as RHD Escalades

The Century is designed and built to last 400,000 miles or more… they are investments..Very rarely seen on the road and hand made with the finest quality materials.. expensive? Of course, but equal to or better than Rolls Royce in craftsmanship. Virtually silent inside. Road noise is non-existing… Only a limited quantity are made each year and most are built to order.. many are earmarked for the Japanese Imperial family but quite a few are forwarded to the Middle East royalty and highest-end European buyers… truly the pinnacle of luxury automobiles.
