i just researched it...it is called a sow dibber...it comes in different styles and either wood with a stainless steel tip or hard plastic

@@frick566 If you search for images by the brand POLAR HELIOS on google you will not find almost any of this tool. it is very old I bought it at an auction and it dates back to the second world war here in Germany. thanks for liking the video. Hugs and lots of health
