As I commented on a previous video, I’m just starting out as a chauffeur. I got my license today (in the Uk). This video couldn’t have come at a better time. Thank you Ray!

Such helpful advice, I've written all ten down and I want to implement them as much as possible myself. Most useful 11min and 20sec of my life.

All of your 😂advice is golden. Sadly, Here in the USA, most chauffeurs don't even come close.
I think the reason is that pay is not good, so you get what you pay for.

Hello, I just started driving for Uber and would like to up the professionalism for my customers. One thing I like to do is open and close the door for my riders. But that's not always possible, like when the customer is waiting curbside for me or when there are 2-3 riders and they all take separate doors. Any suggestions?

Taxi customers usually do not have that expectation.Nothing wrong with opening doors to people but that’s completely a different market and different service and normally applies to the limousine service
