I love the public and private entry space, the thoughtful placement of windows and the dedicated laundry room, which allows line drying in a private space. The courtyard reminded me of Georgia O’Keefe’s Abiqui home. I absolutely love this home. ♥️

昨年注文住宅の新居を建てましたが、こういう建築士さんに出会いたかった。
感動的に見せる映像編集も素晴らしいし、素晴らしい映画を見ているようだった。
as an architecture student I am amazed of the little details that the architect pay attention to. Simple and straight to the point and has a very functional and logical approach.

I could listen to him talk all day about architecture and design - he is so aware of all the little nuances, right down to his 'umbrella stand' (at his door). I truly appreciate his vision of having no curtains - I've never been a fan of them - so talented!
新築の監督をやってるものですが、4年前くらいからSYNCさんの設計には注目してました。TH-camやってると知ってビックリ。動画もやっぱりハイセンスだし、設計もさすがの変態レベル（褒め言葉）
低く抑えたプロポーションと計算された窓配置。取り合いの線の合わせ方。徹底された引き算。これからも配信楽しみにさせていただきます。

すごくおしゃれでデザイン性と機能性が両立されてるお家紹介やけど、私が一番ツボだったのは裏ピースで2つ目と言っているところやった。
田舎いいな。
私も田んぼの中の一軒家を立てようと一時検討したことがありましたが、地域によっては農薬を無人ヘリで散布するところもあり、私が検討していた場所では行われていたので、断念しました。動画の岐阜県の話ではなく、全く別の田舎の話です。それにしても、やはり広々とした景色はいいですね。こんな家に住みたいです。
椅子、ソファーも名作揃いですね。ステキです。
映像とＢＧＭと解説に癒された、すべてセンスが良すぎで好きです。🥰🥰
話し方も音楽も心地よくて最後まで見てしまいました。すごいいい！
ロトの剣、デッキ、バスケットボール、そして車のセンスも自分としては最高にかっこいいと思いました。僕がこの家に生まれたら中庭でスケボーしちゃいますよ絶対！！配慮の心も素晴らしい！

随分前にランチにお邪魔しましたが
素敵な空間と美味しい料理を頂きました。
又行きたくなった🌺
平屋、視線の切り方と開け方、メンテナンス性、ランドリー、窓のレイアウト、造作家具のセンスなどなど
自分の理想とする家にかなり近いと感じました。参考にさせていただきます。
開放的な窓は幅広い引戸入れが必要になるんですね。動画でも良く目にする様になりました。次の動画をたのしみにしています！
新築一戸建ては夢の一つです。猫もいるんですが、猫も自由に過ごせる家いいなぁ♪一つ一つ丁寧に真剣に考えてつくられてるんだなと感じます。いつになるか、、その時は御願いしたいな～★

@@syncsogood 尖った建築士は階段を作るのがとても多いと思います。 老後まで考えると階段や段差は非常に
危険になります、車いすになってとてもそう実感しました。
自分が、または自分の伴侶が車いすになったら♿️。。。
1からデザインし直し？またはダサい簡易スロープ？ デザイン性のないダサい手すり？ 私はごめんです。

i love the courtyard. As an introvert person, i love the minimalist grey, and just a tree, it just how i feel..SIMPLE.
Incredible and fenomenal! Such a beautiful space for living and working in a peaceful atmosphere. Beside the fact that the entire project looks quite simple, the functionality, usability and esthetics are just unbelievable. I'd like to live here!
Probably, the only thing that I would change is the ceilings high. I'm pretty tall and it will the definitely a big problem haha!

初めまして！
建築に興味があっていろんな住宅のTH-camを見てましたところ、こちらに辿り着きました。
なんか、今まで見た事のない世界観ですね！ゲームでマインクラフトをしてまして、架空の家を作ったりしますが、建築士さんがしたらもっと凄い事になりそうですね😌
建築に興味はあっても資格がないので、中々お近付きになれないのが寂しいです。この動画を見ていると心が安らぎます。

Given that the design was amazing, I am more invested on the personal touch as well as the functionality without sacrificing the space (it is a large property but this is also a family home and an office, so that's that). I have probably scowerred the internet bearing the same concept but this is impeccable. You have my respect and admiration, Sir.

Extraordinarily Ordinary
In India earlier architects used to design houses like this. I mean conceptually. This is a bit modernised but the concept is similar. A central courtyard with a tulsi plant in the middle. A special room for washing clothes. A special area designated for drying clothes etc. Separate bathing a defecating units. Shoe rack and closet at the entrance with a small toilet to wash your feet before entering the house. Small walkway before reaching the entrance gate. This is how our house in our village in Odisha is designed. Grandpa designed it back in the 1920s.

It's a nice and simple home and office. Only concern is the walkway entrance which feels like one could be easily ambushed by evildoers.
This is Japan, not the US. Crime, especially violent crime is very, very low. Japan is one of the safest countries in the world.

One thing about the low ceilings, though: I wonder what temperatures are there in Gifu Prefecture. If it get's hot there, it's either very warm inside the building or you'd have to use air condition.
