@@pauldavies4496 You think it's good today with multiple phases, huge guys bashing into each other getting head concussions, and mauls with legalized obstruction?
Mid to late 90’s rugby way better than today imo. The players may be bigger and faster now but the game was quicker then. Seemed more instinctive and off the cuff back then showcasing individual skill and flair. Sorry to say I find it all a bit robotic nowadays
Probably - based on over fifty years of coaching and assessing referees - one of the very best official, ever. Fleming: compare his overall performance, positioning, communication, and ability with the muppets that we have today.
@@simonhattrell5321 always thought that .Yeh one of those hideous overated silver spoon players..public school ..Cambridge ect ..Barnes who was the maverick was the better player no doubt. But he stuck two fingers up at the RFU so only 8 caps .
If Wales go to Twickenham needing 1 more win for the grand slam they won't do it. If England go to Cardiff needing 1 more win for the grand slam they won't do it. This will always be the case
Anyone else get here from searching Hs dad up ?

Rob Andrew good kicker but had all the vision of Stevie Wonder .
Bit of an arrogant upstart too.

Mike catt the luckiest rugby player in History .

As long as Wales win the title either way happy days 😆
I was at this match.
Rodber would never score that try these days as the lineout would have been on the 5m line. Excellent opportunism though.
An Englishman playing scrum half for Wales, and a Welshman playing scrum half for England! I was there that day…
Also two second rows, Copsey played for Wales and Redman played for England
1.12 Ample evidence if any were needed as to why Rob Andrew kicked nearly every time he got the ball.
i love all country scotland ireland england wales
.
@hajjaji hafsa yes, better together.
wales threw the grand slam away with 1 silly lineout throw
Cabezazo de Neil Jenkins a Rob Andrews. Jajaja
England's first try in over a year and I missed it cos I was having a wee.
I remember this game. Full of mistakes dropped passes and penalties. It was awful. Clips made the game look better than it was
