The prelicensing program I am required to take is so dry it’s so hard to pay attention to. Your videos are super helpful w retaining and comprehending these terms and provisions.
I passed my exam after 3 weeks of studying/taking my ExamFM course. after the first week, I sought out videos like these and watched them every single day. Like mentioned in this video, I rode around playing this in my car.. no music, no podcast, not much tv, only this for 3 weeks. I wrote all my notes one time and told myself that I would rewrite them everyday but didn't (doing so would definitely help 100x more). instead I took a practice at least twice a day, I didn't end up passing until week 2. by the day before my exam the following week, I had achieved a practice test score of 87% and ended up passing my exam the next day with flying colors! it was honestly easier than the practice tests but I'll give it up to me putting in all the effort that I did. Using acronyms for everything also helped me. as mentioned in the video, you are given scratch paper to write what ever you want, so I chose to use it for everything lol.. I think some of these were mentioned here, if not, from other videos on YT (I'm just coming back after I passed my exam to try to help whoever takes it). although it may sound funny, to follow is the phrase full of acronyms that I used to remember a lot of different life/health info; doing it in this order was easiest for me in terms of memorization because it always read like a phone number while still making somewhat sense as a sentence.. if that makes sense B.I.G. Going for licensing tomorrow. I went a week ago paid for by my new job 😮 and I needed a 70 to pass. I got a 69 so I’m really hoping to god I pass this time so I can have this job! It pays so welll. The training the gave us was ad banker with no Audio just sitting and reading in a noisy room or very rapid speeches that weren’t understandable at all. I just want to say thank you! I was up late at night studying so I could prepare to take my exam for the 3rd time. I have really bad ADHD and trying to force myself to read that long boring book was a nightmare. I just needed someone to simplify all of that extra added wording in the book that is intentionally made to confuse people. I randomly found your videos and started watching as many as I could find. You helped the light bulb come on inside my brain! I finally can picture all of the business life insurance agreements and polices, all of that looks like! THANKKKK YOUUUU ❤

@@Ryenne11 I forgot to update y’all. Yes I passed!!! New Agent in GA. It was tough but if you study her videos you’ll be good. Also what helped me is knowing the vocabulary terms. If you know the definition of the key words you can answer almost any question.

Hi I am taking the Insurance class and have to have my first book exam tomorrow. I took so much notes because 90% of this information is new to me. But I am given a chance with a company. they are allowing me to start due to my many years of customer service background but I must be licensed of course. And I wish that I ran into you last week than all of this would make more sense. The training the gave us was ad banker with no Audio just sitting and reading in a noisy room or very rapid speeches that weren’t understandable at all. I'm so glad I found this. I have one more try on my Life Producer exam. Even after hard studying, it seem like I would only recognize about 5 questions , and they change up everything else. I started to think if they intentionally keeping me from passing. Like u mentioned, it's best to understand the terms rather than remembering. And that lead me here. So I encourage you to reach out to an insurance agent with any questions as (at least in my opinion) they’ll be able to clarify things a lot more since they’re able to interact with you.
