Good eye on catching that George McFly was replaced in the dance. The actor, Crispin Glover, did not sign up to be in the sequel. So in the 2015 scene, it wasn't actually him. The studio used prosthetics on a different guy to make it look like him. Because of that the actor sued the studio for using his image without his approval. They ended up settling. But if it would have gone to court it would have actually helped the current situation with A.I. and actors because there would have been a precedence.

Not many people caught on to that. His old man makeup is hardly noticeable. No, if he took off a wig and revealed his natural hair color, it might have been more noticeable. Doc looks practically the same. The sequel had so many glaring mistakes by the writers.

24:40 The matches and the newspapers only revert (or change) when the almanac is burnt. As long as it exists, someone will find it and do something bad with it. 28:20 Except for the ten minutes of the first movie and the first part of the second, there's only one Marty at a time. However, there is a period during the day in 1955 with four Delorean time machines at once. There are also two Docs throughout the day -- and when he meets himself, we see that he is not so above temptation himself. 31:20 Just today, I had the idea that Hill Valley should have been more prosperous, with the casino hotel.
You looked as if you had fun even though a lot was going on--and there was limited exposition. Thanks for sharing your reaction. Note that in the first Back to the Future, Doc Brown mentioned using his time machine to find out future sports outcomes in the Twin Pines Mall. That may be where Marty got the idea first to read the future before meeting the 2015 Clock Tower Fund man. Good eye, identifying horse manure. To city folk, it's all the same, but country people can identify the animal by the manure it left behind.
Instead of counting how many Martys where there, watch the third and then come back to this one and think how many DeLoreans were there at the peak during that day of November 12 1955 in Hill Valley
Crispin Glover wasn't in this sequel because he was asking a huge raise so the studio used his likeness with the use of prosthetics without his permission but they ended up getting sued.
Jennifer is asleep here because they never intented on making a 2nd movie, due to the success of the first movie, a sequel was ordered, so they had written themself into a corner with the ending of the first movie, this is also why part 2 and 3 were filmed back-to-back.
Yeah, the lack of integrating Jennifer into the story, as well as the totally random addition of "nobody calls me chicken" is just lazy writing. They wanted the characters to do a certain thing, but they couldn't come up with an organic way of bringing that amount, so they just frankensteined those two points in and the audience just sort of rolls with it.

Great reaction like always, this one is amazing this might be my favorite trilogy of all time so I love seeing how much you love it! I can't WAIT for you to see Part III. There are some fun facts about this one. This movie was filmed back-to-back with Part III. If you notice they replaced the actress who played Jennifer Parker, Claudia Wells in the original Back to the future, but had to pull out of appearing in Part II after her mother was diagnosed with cancer. Elizabeth Shue was cast in the role instead and even re-shot the final scene of the first film, so it could be ‘replayed’ at the beginning of the second. This was Elijah Wood in his very first film role, Wood’s role, as an awed child by the arcade cabinet playing that game with pistols, Crispin Glover who portrais Mcfly Sr in the first one did not apper on this one. According to Glover, he discovered that he was offered far less to reprise his role in any given sequel than Lea Thompson for a similarly sized role, Glover’s agents demanded a higher fee and script approval, and Bob Gale responded by offering even less money than before. As a result, Glover pulled out of the sequel as was replaced by Jeffrey Weissman in heavy prosthetics. This is partly why George McFly is almost always shot in the dark, from behind, or upside-down. One of the more memorable gags about the future occurs when Marty is assailed by a holographic shark outside the cinema (or ‘Holomax’). The Jaws films, in spite of the critically panned Jaws 3-D and Jaws 4, are still going strong in the fictional 2015, marking the nineteenth entry in the franchise. Jaws 19 is directed by Max Spielberg, son of the legendary director. Max was born in June 1985, the ‘present’ era of the trilogy. Actors playing themselves is nothing new - and it wasn’t new in 1989, either. However, this was mostly achieved with clever camerawork and body doubles. Back to the Future Part II broke the mould by using a VFX trick that allowed the same actor to feature twice in the same frame: the ‘Vista Glide.’ As usual, necessity is the mother of invention. Given the number of times characters interact with their past selves, or alternate future selves, or narrowly avoid continuum-obliterating paradoxes, exactly this technique was needed. There are a genuine stunt injury in this film in the hoverboard chase. Due to a technical difficulty with the wires suspending the actors, Cheryl Wheeler-Duncan - the stunt double for Darlene Vogel’s Spike veers off-course and slams into the concrete pillar next to the glass. Ouch! She then falls 30 feet on to the concrete below. Evidently Zemeckis saw a silver lining in this on-set mishap, as that take is the one we see in the film. Keep up the good work.

Sammy Hagar, "I can't drive 55"😎 6. Good thing Biff shoots like a Star Wars Stormtrooper🤣 7. The tunnel at the end is the same one they used for Tune Town in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit
7a. And the guy who said he wished he could go back to the beginning of the season and put some money on the Cubbies was Charles Fleischer, the voice of Roger Rabbit. 8. The Cubs, who hadn't won a World Series in about a hundred years, actually did win in 2016 - one year off from when this movie predicted.
WOW! I never noticed that for Marty's 2015 son Michael J. Fox had fake teeth and contacts in. And I've seen this movie a million times, never noticed but did always think something was a little off with him, wtf...
I never understood why the director and the producers put spoilers of the 3rd movie right after the "to be concluded". The 2nd and the 3rd were shot in 1989 together one after the other, but it was not necessary at all to put spoilers to the audience at the end of the 2nd with significant info from the 3rd.
Great Reaction...... Glad you found this Triliogy...... Yes, Jennifer is played by a different actress (CLaudia stopped acting to take care of her mom who was dianosed with Cancer)...... You can find video's on You-Tube doing a side by side comparision of the ending of BTTF 1 and the beginning of BTTF 2, where they did a re-shoot because of the change in actress...... th-cam.com/video/htyYy9ML5rk/w-d-xo.html Griff had issues with his bionic implants, Doc mentioned this to Marty. It helps explain why he seemed almost mechanical in his mannerisms and speech. Tom Wilson is so underappreciated in this trilogy - he's even better in part 3. You're gonna love part 3 by the way. It calms down a bit and sews all this up nicely. Crispin Glover was not in this movie, He had dissagreements with the Director/Producers...... I believe there was even a lawsuit cause they used some extra footage for his voice...... Back to the Future was shot as a "Stand-Alone" movie....... They were not sure how it would be received.... since it was a hit, they continued the story..... Part 2 and Part 3 were shot together/after each other, so they hit Theaters about 6 months apart (Nov 1989 and May 1990) and the Trailer at the end of Part 2 was part of the movie in the Theater.....
Yes, Jennifer was replaced, because the original's mom had cancer... It was a bit disappointing cause Claudia Wells was so much hotter than Elizabeth Shue, and was even matching better to Marty... And in addition, this is actually a "trace" of the sad thing that happened to her mom. :(
Not to long ago I watched a TH-cam video of a deleted scene where after old Biff return to the future after giving his younger self the book in 1955, he have completed vanish like Marty would have in 1955 if he didn't get his parents to fall in love. There was a reason for that. Turned out that if Marty and doc haven't fix the timeline, then what would have happened is that sometime in the 1990s, Lorraine shoted and killed Biff because either she was tired of his abuse or she somehow learned it was Biff who killed her husband or maybe both and he wouldn't be alive in 2015.
@@adrianharrell87 except for the fatc that old Biff disappeared because he himself didn't fit in the new timeline he created, because a totally different Biff would fill in that timeline.
Believe me, it's easy to go down the rabbit hole of time travel possibilities. Like, if Doc was broke, how did he get the money to hover convert the DeLorean? Or have all that cash in the suitcase. He must've been travelling all over the place and he came back to get Einstein. Further, when you travel into the future, you disappear. Like Einstein did in the first experiment. So, when Doc first went there wouldn't be any other version of himself. It makes sense that older Marty and Jennifer were there but when they all traveled they shouldn't have been there. Unless, it was because Doc went first. Very confusing stuff. 😜
The best movie of the trilogy in my opinion. This movie allude allot to the classic movie It's A Wonderful Life from 1946 (which you should also see) so that movie I think is one of the first time travel or alternative reality movie. What this movie does first I think is showing the first movie from different perspective which is so cool. Other great time travel movies are Frequency 2000 The Butterfly Effect 2004
Hi Evie, are you going to do a reaction to 'Back to the Future' Part 3 .. It has been over 4 months - please 🙂 -- You might have to go back in time to remember Parts 1 & 2 😁
He was a raving lunatic. He didn't like the ending of the first movie because it "glorified materialism," so he refused to appear in the second one. That's his right. What the producers did was apply prosthetics to a third actor, then hang him upside down to disguise the cheat. Glover sued over the use of his likeness without his permission. He won.
You didn’t need to stop the movie after “To Be Concluded”…the sneak peak at Part III wasn’t going to ruin anything. The people that told you to not watch past that, were wrong.

1. It's not often sequels hold up to the original, but this does. Thank you 1980s.
2.IMVHO this one is the best of the trifecta. The next one is inventive but I'm not really into the story. That said, it is the perfect wrap.🤩
3. The stunt woman that flew into the glass window partially missed and injured her arm.
4. Michael J. Fox also played Marty's daughter.
5. Sammy Hagar, "I can't drive 55"😎
6. Good thing Biff shoots like a Star Wars Stormtrooper🤣
I laughed too when I noticed Michael J Fox as a girl. 😄
The 2nd and the 3rd were shot in 1989 together one after the other, but it was not necessary at all to put spoilers to the audience at the end of the 2nd with significant info from the 3rd.
its not really spoilers, just a trailer to get people excited for the next one.
Movie trailers have always been a thing, there was no internet. Great marketing putting the trailer at the end.
5:18 You didn't recognize Frodo / Elijah Wood?
11.11 So great beautyful mystery of the universe: the women ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
7:14 Fun Fact: The Cubs actually DID make it to the World Series in 2015.
Didn't they win it in 2016, so this movie was only a year off.
@@Icewolf2oo3yeah 2016 was the year of sporting upsets.
No, they didn't.
Great Reaction...... Glad you found this Triliogy......
Yes, Jennifer is played by a different actress (CLaudia stopped acting to take care of her mom who was dianosed with Cancer)...... You can find video's on You-Tube doing a side by side comparision of the ending of BTTF 1 and the beginning of BTTF 2, where they did a re-shoot because of the change in actress...... th-cam.com/video/htyYy9ML5rk/w-d-xo.html
Griff had issues with his bionic implants, Doc mentioned this to Marty.
Did you see the finale
Great reaction. Thank you.
The call back or "Easter Eggs" continue into part 3 connecting scenes from all the movies
Did you do part 3 yet?
5:19 Look, it's Elijah Wood Evie.
There wasn't any chicken references in the first movie
Yeah that whole thing feels so shoehorned in.
You are the best Evie ... Your comments are top tier .... ❤❤🔥🔥
Hey! Where's Part 3 reaction? 😥
enough to power the deloren right? Did you legit forget how he went back in the first? lol.
Where’s back to the future part 3
Im seeing a trend in starting series and not finishing them. Please finish what you start!
Not to long ago I watched a TH-cam video of a deleted scene where after old Biff return to the future after giving his younger self the book in 1955, he have completed vanish like Marty would have in 1955 if he didn't get his parents to fall in love. There was a reason for that. Turned out that if Marty and doc haven't fix the timeline, then what would have happened is that sometime in the 1990s, Lorraine shoted and killed Biff because either she was tired of his abuse or she somehow learned it was Biff who killed her husband or maybe both and he wouldn't be alive in 2015.
says who?

@@adrianharrell87 ah, comments. such a reliable source of information.
@@lionhead123 yep. It is.
Thanks for listening to the warning to stop.............................Just don't overthink this.
Beautiful, can you react to the movies BIG by Tom Hanks, and 365 days of Summer
Hi Evie, are you going to do a reaction to 'Back to the Future' Part 3 .. It has been over 4 months - please 🙂 -- You might have to go back in time to remember Parts 1 & 2 😁
I think he took his wallet
Bravo.
Crispon glover bailed out because he wanted more money to do this sequel
There were two Martys at the end of Part I, remember? This a great trilogy and I loved that they cut it off at Part III. The third is my favorite!
I'm so glad that you picked up on fem Michael J. Fox. Not everyone does.
There are not too many Marties. It's the same Marty at different points in time and he'll go back to the time he left, no harm done (hopefully). 😂
8:55 You might also like the movie "Just One of the Guys" and its sort of sequel "Just One of the Girls"/"Anything for Love".
Umm you need to watch part 3!
They never intended to make a second film so the original Jennifer didn't have a contract and was busy.
The reason was that her mom had breast cancer and Claudia needed to take care of her. She actually left acting for a long time after her death.
yea Crispin Glover(George) was let go because he had a dispute with the producers over pay.
He won.
Don’t over think it. Watch the third movie and everything will become clear.
You didn’t need to stop the movie after “To Be Concluded”…the sneak peak at Part III wasn’t going to ruin anything.
The people that told you to not watch past that, were wrong.
Hola bella dama me gustó tu reacción, un saludo fraterno de latam Perú.
He can't have taken his wallet
You are thinking too hard about how many Martys there are. Not trying to spoil anything, but that won't be an issue in the next movie.
The actor who played george, Crispin glover, declined to be in the sequels so they had to replace him.
Yeah... you actually was fast in recognizing Michael J. Fox as the daughter.
There're people who don't even recognize at all. lol
