It’s luck of the draw… I’d happily list in pet friendly parks but many have this rule. I have two pups myself 🐶🐶. I have a listing over in Terra Palms that’s pet friendly. It just had a price drop this morning down to $79,900. Thanks for watching!

That’s true. You have to calculate how much cash you want to invest in the beginning vs how much you want to spend monthly. This home on a land owned lot might be in the $80k range but the monthly around $300.

Why not post crime stats for that area. I'm from Sarasota and can tell you that area is drug and crime ridden and I don't think it's very honorable of you not to disclose important info like that as well as disclosing info about the high property insurance and taxes in that area.
