I am not an American. I was sent to America on a university program several years ago from the UK. Coming from a country where I was accustomed to no out-of-pocket costs for all and any form of doctor or hospital costs, it absolutely floored me to find that tens of thousands of Americans could not afford health care. That struck me as wrong, and it still does.
Unfortunately "healthcare for all" sounds too socialist for many Americans.

It's very obvious what she's asking. She's not asking him to not sue drug companies, she's asking him not to profit from it while secretary. Him not understanding that, means he's not qualified for the position.

Imagine him having the power to change labeling and packaging information sheets on medications including but not limited to vaccines? He could change the information sheets given with every prescription you get at the pharmacy. He could change or dismiss information given to people by the CDC.
He would oversee the FDA, National Institute of Health, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Basically oversee 13 operating divisions including 10 in US Public Health and Safety.

Someone who confidently starts a sentence with "MediCAID premiums are too high" CLEARLY has no actual clue what he's talking about and should not be taken seriously. People get on Medicaid because they literally DON'T have money so most of the services they receive have zero out of pocket costs associated with them. Even moreso for women, children, and the elderly. It is INSULTING and DANGEROUS for someone with such actual knowledge to be responsible for these programs... which constitute the overwhelming majority of the people, places, and financial things he would be responsible for.
