Thank you so much. This video made me feel so much better about the decision I made for leaving a job I had for 30+ years. I answered yes to all 5 of your questions honestly. The pandemic finally gave me that motivation to leave. Best move I’ve made in my life. I’m now looking forward to the years to come in retirement.
This is excellent, as are your other videos about retirement. I have stayed on part time for the past few years because I know I am making a difference in the world through teaching and helping students with a program that gives a “hand up” to small entrepreneurs. My students learn a lot. But, your questions help me realize that I pay a high price in terms of hard work and stress. Thank you. 1:57
Thank you for this! With the crazy pandemic, it is easy to feel some form of exhaustion and despair...and feel like you want to let go of your job! Now, a year later (to the date), it's even more accurate...the environment that we work in is extremely important, and makes me want to stay in...for a little longer...money is one thing, but like me dad used to say (on his death bed from cancer): Don't WORK you life - live it!

I answered "yes" to a couple of these, so I'm retiring. Can't wait!

Great perspective! And I fully agree.
All 5 of those - thank you for confirming why I need to retire
I'm glad it was helpful!
I'm retiring next year debt free and plan on having fun working on our 17 acres we obtained a year ago.
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Nice video!
Thank you!
Don't work til you die!! So tragic. The course of your career ... you look so young. What a few years in?? Lol 😆
Tragic indeed! I'm a little over 10 years in with this industry but I'll take the compliment! :)
