Bhai, awesome I have saved a white dog once in 2011 had a bad cut near the neck, took it to the government veterinary hospital and got the stitches done, took care for 5 days and left it in the blue cross.
Just a small suggestion - Just to avoid the wound from scratching from claws by the kitten itself you may drape the front of feet's for a few days (may be for a week) by paper tape or old cloth.
People throws the broken glasses in the dustbin and stray cats and dogs searchs their foods in the dustbin only. It's 110% because of broken glasses thrown in the dustbin. It's major issue.😢
