One Suggestion @Brotomotiv Brothers, As this shows the Sign of Good Quality and Productivity of your work and the Management, Why don't you start a small academy to teach people and train them in Automobile repairs. detailing PPF apply ........ bla bla. You can earn from this also and it also helps people who are staying in margin villages to start a small kind of business like you...... (CAUTION: Yes, they can be your Competitors, but the Teacher is always a Teacher ) just an IDEA, i know you have already had an idea and discussed it among yourself... Good luck

Hello BROTOMOTIVE Team hope you guys are doing well actually just now I saw a fortuner modification video of Autorounders and I saw your painter working for them which actually shocked me. I don't know how and why did this happened but I hope everything is all right. Beside that one thing I noticed in Autorounders that each and every single thing they are using in their workshop is inspired by you guys and seriously everything means everything and that's a good thing to see. As it show that seriously u guys are doing a great work and because of you guys others are also working to improve their standard of business as well 👍💯. I know you guys won't be harsh with your workers in any way but I request you please be the same as you are because that is what makes you different from other workshop people 😇.
Dude, autorounders is a far older and more experienced workshop than bm. They have been doing mechanical / exterior/ interior work for more than 5 years now.

@@aceani Brother I am not being swayed by any kind of influencers or anything related to that. Autorounders might be in this profession 5 years back but I never heard about them in any expect. That's why the first thing I observed after watching Autorounders video was BROTOMOTIVE workshop because whatever equipment was their in Autorounders workshop reminded of BROTOMOTIVE. It's as simple as that.

I am a big fan of your work, your videos are really informative.
I have a question, some time back my ecosport met with an accident and due to which "bonnet" needs to be replaced and repainted. The paint job was done at the "Ford service centre" and the paint job done is hideous, too much of an orange peel as well as the quality of the coats are so poor that even after getting it ceramic coated, the gloss has vanished after 2-3 months as the coating was unable to bond with the paint.
Now, again I would be taking my car to "Ford service centre" in Delhi/NCR and get it repainted for better result. As I have been watching your videos and see panels getting repainted in the paint booth, should I ask the painter to hang the "bonnet" vertically and then paint it for better result in terms of finishing? and what else instruction I can ask him to follow?
Also, when "Brotomotiv" is coming in Delhi/NCR region?

I always had a different level of respect for Parikshit sir but, what today did was totally unfair and wrong. You should not deny anyone from learning new things, you can charge him fees for training, afterall everyone has a dream to achieve. It looks like you are afraid of having competition that's why you're doing this nuisance....

Yes agreed. Sikhane mai koi dikkat nai hai. Maine bhi paise kharch karke training lii hai. Islie we offer training program but problem is some people dnt wanna pay for training. And come in as employees to learn and as soon as they learn they leave. When company spends time an resources on someone we expect that he/she will give back to the company but not everybody thinks that way. I have had a lot of employees in the past who joined, learnt for 2-3 months an then left without a trace and we had to hire again. Anyone who wants to open a business should make their intentions clear, we are not afraid of competition. Agar hote to itna knowledge free mai nai baantte

They have always exclusively claimed that they'd prefer to hire someone who needs the job and is serious about it, rather than someone who doesn't need it, but just wants the job for either experience or as a hobby.
