1:45 - this is what should have been said in the headsets and to Allar. This outcome is 100% on the staff. Yes, Allar made a terrible play but he should have been coached on the situation and shouldn’t have even had that play as an option.
No coach with 2 timeouts and 47 seconds is running the clock out. If they lost in overtime people would be saying they should have tried to win the game when they had the chance.
Both teams played a great game and gave the people what they wanted. Two high caliber teams slugging it out. If Penn State would’ve won by three points, we would not be having the same conversation.
Drew Allar was a 5 star recruit and the #1 ranked QB coming out of high school. PSU also has the top ranked TE in the nation who will be drafted in the first round. It was basically a one receiver route designed to get the ball to said TE. Allar should have thrown the ball away. The coaching staff has to stress throwing the ball away if that TE is covered. Rolling out to the left, the ball can only go to the TE, or it will be disaster. The play call was fine, Allar should have thrown the ball away. Only frontrunners would question that play call.
Great Job Colin admitting truths (that us smart people know;) and giving UM some cred! Can you ask him if he would go to PENN STATE to be the Head Coach???
I grew up in Florida my entire life. Rooting for the gators. Norte Dame is one school that is represented in the southwest florida due to the alumni retiring down here and we are rooting for them to win the chip. 💪💪💪
Give urban 20-25 mil to get the team he wants and with his coaching watch out. He'll lose a game he's not supposed to lose along the way. But he will win 85% of the big 1s
about 20 minutes after this segment Colin much said Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Notre Dame, Indiana, and even Michigan could all go 8-0 in SEC play this year and moving forward. but then he also admits that it’s the most physical conference and had the most injuries out of any conference, therefore exposing 0 depth now that players don’t wanna wait, they want to start. this can change if Texas beats Ohio State by a FG or something because Texas could never beat Georgia and played them twice, while Georgia lost horribly to Notre Dame.
Stop Colin....8% of Josh Allen...I am 8% of Josh Allen...you were hyping up Allar last week...now you blaming his coach for bad interception...Allar and Leonard...backups at best...JOSH ALLEN....NO!!
Nope. The 2nd INT called back was an underthrown ball into triple coverage. There was no contact with the WR, he never had a chance at the ball. Every analyst I've seen has said the same thing.
Ball was drastically under thrown and with the nd player where he was the receiver couldn’t make his way to the ball even regardless of the PI. That ball was getting picked regardless - think that’s where people have an issue.
not necessarily true. one was extremely underthrown and has become a bit of a point of contention amongst the rule heads. either way, it was called, game is over, ND won anyways without the 2 additional turnovers. Much like the UGA game, there was A LOT of poor and outright missed calls. Same ref squad both times.... just saying. They call obscure hard to find penalties and miss outright holds dragging guys to the ground and face masks, very weird.
2hrs before the game, and I can't disagree more. #1 Texas is overrated. Ohio St is head and shoulders above Texas as far as talent. Texas roster is eye candy. #2 Ohio St should not let off the gas pedal. They are in a great place on offense where things are clicking. There's zero reason to play it safe, especially in the 1st quarter.
Why is it the only time you have Urban on is when Ohio state plays? Why don't you have him on before gator games? Why do you have to mention the buckeyes everytime he's on? Can't you talk about other stuff? It's the same thing with Drew brees. Everytime you had Drew on this year, it's been nothing but Sean Payton. Michael irving and the cowboys. Dude, you really need to change it up. You so predictable that it's pathetic.

I thought Joel Klatt was the voice of college football
Facts😅
Colin disrespected his Daddy‼️
He likes to butter them up
U can’t have tht much lack of knowledge about college football and be “the voice of college football” so it goes to urban
Mark Roger's is the REAL voice of college football. Go Dawgs!
Happy birthday to Marcus Freeman
Urban: the best punter in football

1000% right. Ridiculous narratives today
Drew Allar proved that thinking unwise.
Thanks Coach Urban for the kind words about ND.

Mark Rogers is the voice of college football
Let's not forget that dropped pass for that first Penn TD guys,
Nothing wrong with the play called. It looked like Allure had a check down or he should have thrown it away.
When you hear someone say “I’m not blah, … but …”
Cownerd, Freeman didn't lose his first 3 games. He lost AT #2 Ohio St by a few points, and then lost to Marshal. ND then won 3 in a row.
Freeman lost the bowl game the year before after Kelly abruptly left. So technically freeman lost his first three games
He lost at home to OSU as well
He lost to Oklahoma State in the Fiesta Bowl at the end of the 2021 season, before losing to Ohio State and Marshall at the start of the 2022 season
He lost to Oklahoma State in bowl game to start 0-1

That was in his 2nd year Captain Irrelevant.
Haha I love Urban he really doesnt give af anymore
I'm a big fan to all B10 teams except TTUN. PSU is a great football team. To make them an elite team, they need elite QB & WRs.

Boggles my mind that Meyer still has a job in the media after his deplorable behavior with the Jags (not to mention his infidelity).
His rep isn’t just one event. And who cares about his relationship. We’re men
@@SunniMerlot Real men don’t behave like that. Pretty pathetic take.
He’s a funny character , with all the stuff going on @ Fox tho are you surprised lol
Talent Composite reports show Notre Dame has a better roster than Penn State.
And that’s WITH four All Americans out with injuries.

Rubix cube and takes S\o urban!
Texas extra-point kicker has the yips
Down year by the Irish btw
If he had a little Josh Allen he would be dominating college athletes. He isn’t.
Urb the Perv?
This is the interview that did it. Urban ain’t built to coach college football anymore
You ain’t know what your talking about son
College football is a brand new "being" from what it was 2 years ago. It is crazy.

@@kylewebb469 Agreed. It is just a different landscape now. I dont think UM wants to work that hard. He's making good money now.

Very disappointed having him as a guest ……he is just so unlikable.

Riley Leonard will not be playing on Sundays😂 no good kid tough kid. He just can’t throw the ball in the NFL come on. Let’s be honest and get real.
His passing in the 2nd H won the game for the Irish, as well as his feet.
No good kid? What does that even mean…
He could be a Taysom Hill type player though
Could play in the CFL on the odd Sunday game.
I think OSU is going to struggle vs TX but will win.

Nope. The 2nd INT called back was an underthrown ball into triple coverage. There was no contact with the WR, he never had a chance at the ball. Every analyst I've seen has said the same thing.
