Wow! Impressively beautiful yard! What a labor of love! Put you some lavender in that front bed with the elephant...it will be beautiful and smell amazing! I'm in Knoxville, and it's so hot here it's hard to breathe! Stay hydrated!!!
Very nice gardens lady! Have you ever considered using a soil drench to deter the Japanese Beetles? I started using it 2 seasons ago. I'm very happy with it!
I’m always so excited to see when you post a new video, like waiting on a new episode of Grey’s Anatomy, lol. & thanks, I went to Kirklands to get an elephant but fell in love with the praying frog. She’s so big & pretty🥰
Enjoyed the beautiful garden tour as always ❤. Japanese beetles hit my garden over the last weekend and have started stressing my fruit trees, fruit vines, and fruit bushes 😢.
Your garden is looking amazing, love all your pretty day lilies! Your just now getting Japanese beetles? I’ve been fighting them for over 3 weeks, here in Tennessee zone 7b. I started off doing the soap/water/bucket…couldn’t take it anymore there were too many, they were chewing up every plant like it was a free salad buffet! I sprayed Bio Advanced 3 in 1 (late in the evening to avoid pollinators)🌺
This was filmed on 6/6/24 so I have had them for the past 3 weeks as well. Fortunately I have WAAAYYYYY less of an infestation than previous years! My treatments are working 🙌🏾 Be sure to treat your lawn!😉
@@KreatyveGardenistaYes! Will definitely apply Grub Ex this year. Also what products do you use to prevent bag worms on your arborvitaes? We’ve been lucky in past years but don’t want to take any chances this season. Thanks for any recommendation!
@KreatyveGardenista I definitely learned my lesson last summer with beetle traps. All that did is invite them into my yard. I did put down some lawn grub insect granules this summer. So far ok only a few. I'm in Maryland.
I can't speak for Jes but last year, I applied Fertilome Tree and Shrub drench around most of the plants in my garden that they love. So far, it seems to be working. If you already have an infestation, maybe try using the Japanese Beetle traps.
I really love the garden in front of the fence. The bench looks great! Glad your little dog is enjoying it!
Lovely garden. If you use black mulch your plant with pop more.
Thanks! Believe it or not this IS black mulch🤣🤣 Thanks to Lowe's for not using enough dye
Your garden is looking great!
Your garden looks so good! I love purple flowers too 💜😂

Everything is coming in so good. Loving it!!

My suggestion for the elephant is Champa One of the meanings of Champa is a flower or flowering plant.
I really enjoy getting my day started with your vids! They inspire me to get my act together😆
Jess, I forgot to add - if you pop those seed pods off of your daylilies, they will stop going to seed and will produce more blooms 😊
Love it👍🏾
Looks beautiful,I widd so h I could grow yhosd beautiful hydrangeas wherd I live ,too hot and humid here in Florida
🤩
Do we just leave the beetles? Could you take us along for a pest prevention video?
I already have a video on my channel for Japanese Beetles I'll put a link😉
@@KreatyveGardenista THANK YOU!

How often do you feed your evergreen arborvitaes and what products do you use? I just purchase 4 from Lowe’s, they put them on sale for 50% off
They need a lot of water !!!
I feed mine once a year late winter/early spring with Espoma Plant one😉💚💚
What do you use for Japanese beetles? This year, I have been hand dumping in water bucket. Thanks!
I use soap, water, & a bucket!🪣

That was so disrespectful of you to not acknowledge the cutie laid out on the beautiful bench. 😂😂
What are you doing to curb the Japanese Beetle infestation? There are attractors that you can put in the garden that traps them.

@@mavisjones4750 Don"t use traps, it just invites more :( Soapy water in a bucket
I love your videos but after you show the beds can you step back so we can see a full view of everything????
