I'm looking for a mower to replace my Flymo 1200R for the lawn in our back garden, Will you be reviewing the less expensive Mammotion Yuka as I think the Luba 2 would be OTT for our needs (and cost!)?
Expensive! I am surprised you have issues with the edges where your patio is, it looks like you just need to "mow" the first 6 inches or so as it looks like it is the same level as the lawn? Once you have used it for a year or so the lawn will gradually get higher as you will be returning all the grass cut directly so the patio edges should be no problem. I love my Robot mower, guide wire and all, once the wire is buried your dog will not be able to dig it up!

I need something to cut 2 acres within 5 acres of ground with plenty of wild 'islands' & paths. This mower is a serious contender for the specs its got. 3 of these (biggest ones) are less than 10k, the similar husqvarna is 4.5k each +vat and cuts less area.
Considering the cheapest john deere diesel mower is around 20k nowadays these things are getting cheap! The time these could save is worth it to me alone, this is a future of grass cutting we should all be looking at. The resources wasted in grass cutting are staggering. These robotic mowers on solar is the way to go.
Think you’d need the 5000 unit and schedule 1 lawn each day, or one in morning 1 in evening, it’s seriously impressive my lawn never looked so good I get a happy feeling seeing it fresh everyday and my dead muddy area started to get growth back to it
Sure, Tesla should take note, but maybe this mower will have an OTA update and unsupervised FSD in two weeks?
1) it can get nicked by passer-by
2) you have to leave gate into your rear-garden open - hope you lock your patio door...
It’s heavy as hell as useless if stolen, much easier things to steal and resell, theifs steal stuff they can easily sell
Ouch! Over £2k. Its cloud connected, if company goes bust, you have an expensive paperweight.
The apps Bluetooth connected for controls and the RTK base station provides local coverage to robot so should still mo no issues I’ll try it with my WiFi off

Because having a mowed lawn (mown throughout Spring and Summer) is quite frankly assinine for anyone who's biodiversity-collapse aware. Might as well tarmac the entire place and roll out the plastic grass
I have a flower bed area around the front with plenty of pots and plants around all my home, my lawn is well cut apart from may where I let it get very long for no no may I like having a well kept lawn for my son to play on

That’s for garage roof you get the charging b case just not the cover on top. I think I’d live without the garage roof but the robot it self i don’t think I could go back to a life without it
