My merc glc is booked in for this doing on hunter machine as tomorrow it’s getting a suspension arm and bush changed. I have 20 inch wheels and all season tyres. Here in the uk it’s costing £80 to do the job

Nice video! I was wondering in what cases you need to use the swing air jack that you have there in the middle... is that needed when you need to replace some parts such as the inner tie rods or outer ball joints?

instead of an inclinometer, can a construction tape measure be used to measure the suspension mounting height?

The answer will be No.
Because with inclinometer, we measure the height angles which are by degree (not mm).
Mercedes isn't like Ford or bmw or VW, which we need to measure the height of the centre (or the bottom) of the car wheels.

in my country, after toe in correct degree ,the technician asap turn off the screen then lock the nut. and the result is waste time.and hope the customer come back and pay the service again.

I am jelous... my MB sedan w212 rwd 677 suspension rear and front camber is not adjustable.😢 front caster too. Must use correction bolts for front caster and camber at a minor value, if adjustment required. Nice alignment rack u got. Thanks for sharing.
