Women's Rights in Brazil

Marcia Loureiro was appointed consul general at San Francisco in November of 2017, having previously served as deputy chief of mission at the Brazilian Embassy in Washington, D.C., and deputy consul general in San Francisco, in addition to positions in consular affairs, trade promotion, science and technology, international economic organizations, and parliamentary relations. She received an MS in foreign service degree from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
