+Owismael It has no body roll because the suspension is so stiff you might as well bolt the wheels directly to the chassis. Try driving it on regular roads, and Megane RS Trophy seems super comfortable in comparison.

It's incredible how stable that car is at 180+ km/h
Almost no modern car has positive lift on high speeds, they all create at least some downforce, especially at the rear, to aid stability. And when someone says active aero, it usually refers to active spoilers or flaps which can move depending on the speed or direction of the car.

Best video of the new Type-R on YT at the moment. This is the first video that actually shows me how the new R handles and drives. Good driving without pushing the car in endless understeer! Like that the rear steps out at a few occasions, shows the characteristics of a real Type-R.

Ayant pu la tester sur spa , cette nouvelle CTR est bien mieux en traction et placement que la MRS .
Il lui manque juste 1000 tour pour que l'esprit Honda reste et deux portes en moins!

Very good driver. He really knows the Nurburgring well. Some of the lines he took I saw where of someone who knows a bit about the Nurburgring. The car was good too. It was doing everything the driver told it to do.

Elle me donne peu l'impression de se comporter comme une traction. C'est l'impression que ça me donne. Hormis sur les virages rapide ou quand on la jette non ?
Elle semble très stable et assez neutre autrement, ce qui m'étonne vraiment, compte tenu de tant de puissance, mais surtout que c'est une FWD. J'avoue que ça me surprend. Je crois qu'un essai s'impose de mon coté.

Honda à su garder la hargne( un peu diluee) de l'ancienne fn2 la seule voiture que j'ai qui se pilote ds les tours comme une moto (bien que ma moto prenne 14.000trs début zone rouge ) cette nouvelle fk2 est démoniaque et le fait tout en rondeur ce qui la différencie de l'ancienne qu'il faut tenir en haut du compte trs pour être efficace mais toujours collées au sol façon karting! mais un kart de 310 pursangs !

+NewLando its a sensor that indicates that you are close to a car in front of you... When you are on highway and you accindentally fell asleep it will brake automatically... Sometimes its annoying but you can turn it off....

No, ESP is still on with +R button, it only intervenes not so fast
i wonder how much it would cost honda to make this rear wheel drive, the 0-60 would be sub 5 and the cornering benefits of a rear diff would be great
Yeah that's true but then that's entering S2K(hope they release an update)/NSX territory which would hurt sales for Honda. Plus the Civic's heritage has always been FWD :D, good fun.
also make the car heavier and more drivetrain loss. They should leave it as a FF and and do all thr FR stuff on the s2000.

U´r sitting to narrow on the driving wheel. Get comfortable with the sitting position and you will also get better round times.

It's 235/35 R19 IIRC, the new model Civic Type R is 245/30 R20... Both ContiSportContact 6 model.
