I can say you two love each other more than I've seen love in years. You work together well and get it done, you joke play around like best friends. Most couples building a house would get tired of it over time. Of course it could be in the editing but think of it as two great people enjoying life together. Love the house, thinking of building a smaller one in central Florida in a couple of years and you guys are a plethora of hints and insights in what's to come. Thank You!
Love, love love this phase of the build out. As a small builder/designer i can see the hours...the days of planning that went into this phase and it 100% shows! I know i'm just finding you guys, 2 years after the build, but these are great videos. Not just because they are shot with artistic design, sure, but because they are REAL. Its so refreshing to see the insane amounts of hard work that goes in....it just makes this build out so much better!! I maybe 2 years behind, but these videos are still relevant. Congrats Again!!
Having read through the comments below:). I have to shout out to all of you!!! Thank you so much 💕 only because this is one of 3 of my favorite channel!!!!!!!!
I love the love you guys have for each other. Your family is absolutely beautiful. I would love if you guys could do a short video explaining how you two originally met!

Wild Wonderful Off-Grid I’m a Quality Manager at a manufacturing company and I agree with you. We take pride in our workmanship. Happy thanksgiving to y’all.
Wouldn't have taken them personally, irrespective of time restraints, if your paying good money you want a faultless product, you could try for a good gesture refund ? Worth trying, you know what they say, if you don't ask you don't get, good video guys 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I've sold and installed Jeld-Wen windows and doors for years. Sometimes they mess up like any mfr. I would humbly suggest that you contact your seller and ask for a rep to come out and inspect the windows and make sure they are up to par. Take lots of pictures and leave them in that state till you know what Jeld-Win wants you to do with them. You guys are doing great and enjoy the videos.. slow and steady guys!
I hope that Jeldwin realizes that a mention by you here has made others perhaps change their thoughts on their window project. Enjoy watching your videos! The House is looking WONDERFUL!
What a nightmare on your windows 🤦♂️you should get a representative from that company out there and should be reimbursed for the expense of your windows. I love the view you have and should enjoy for many years to come!
I cant imagine josh putting anything together that wasn't absolutely right, the two of you are an amazing couple , that south wall looks fantastic !!!!!! happy thanks giving !!!
ive been watching the progress of your home build over the past who knows how long , First off I would like to say that you two make a great team. It is rare to find a young, hard working, couple that can go through a home build together nevermind doing it while the children are on sight. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS !!! you are an amazing family and very inspiring . makes me want to go buy some land and build a home for my family. I feel for you in regards to the window manufacturer someone clearly needs to be fired for that mess. But you made it work and quite well I might add, I would be calling for a partial refund or some kind of resolution that puts money back in your pocket you have over 230,000 eyes and ears to help or to break that manufacturer. Bargaining power the way I see it with your subscribers. I know if I was in charge of that company i would go out of my way to make it right especially knowing you have a youtube channel with so many viewers. Good luck on your resolution and with the rest of your build. Keep on keeping on. And thanks for the great and wholesome family content!
Thank you for your review on the Windows. I've been needing replacement Windows and after seeing those I will definitely go with another brand. I can't believe how bad those Windows looked. The company should be ashamed
Guys Hi . I’m from the uk , like your channel a lot and wanted to support you so ordered a T-shirt . You are a fun family to watch and have some gained some impressive house building skills . Like so many of your viewers I love that you both show us all what married life can be with love and hard work . I am sure you have bad days like the rest of us but your positive and humorous outlook always makes me smile (thank you ) Erin you are amazing you are a home maker , Mother of 3 , home-schooler , small holding farmer and DIY enthusiast . I can’t believe how hard you both work . Josh comes back after a days work and a long commute and gets right on it , as I think you say in the states ........ way to go , good job ! Your videos are awesome , well edited, , nice music with lots of little artistic bits , fun family segments mixed with farming and house building . If you don’t mind me saying awesome (cat) beard josh and Erin your hair always looks fantastic . Good Luck and Best Regards
!2 years ago I did an addition for a guy and I recommended he spend the money on high quality windows from Peachtree. Every window came to the site delivered and were perfect. The only defect was on a custom door that the trim color was a little off from the rest, so Peachtree sent out a repairman and re-painted the whole door unit. I've known for many years the Jeldwin's quality was questionable. They are ok for budget builds, but expect to clean them up yourself. Anyways, the A frame is looking great and you two have really done a fine job doing the build, from a 38 year home builder who's been watching your progress.
It is such a joy to see a husband and wife work together as a well oiled machine. It does my heart good to see it. So good for the family. I know these windows were put in a while back but they are still bringing joy and happiness to your viewers. They are timeless. 10 years from now they will still be making viewers happy.
@@whiskey4553 the poor paint job is not an installation issue. the poor caulking is not an installation issue. the damage to the edge of the jam... maybe. Still a great idea to call the manufacturer and get a rep/service person out to have a look. Lots of viewers are hearing how poor the quality is...
@@justaguy7477 agreed. I know they were waiting patiently for them but if it was me I would inspect at least one of them myself and if I found what they did I would refuse them.
As l watch the amazing content that you put out, and seeing how well this husband and wife team work together. Even with all the hard work, together the entire family make it look so easy!💞
NEVER have I seen windows like the ones you bought looking like that! Totally agree they are a mess! If I was the owner of that window manufacturer I would want to know right away! Call them and let them have it!
Thank you for the review of the windows. I need two triangle windows similar to yours and was going to ask where you got them from. I'll look somewhere else now.
Keep watching these dudes not only because of their house but their relationships. They were happy while working together to make their happiness. Can't stop watching and I'm really fall in love with you. Thank you for sharing us your moments!
Hopefully the sealant in between the glazings isn’t like the exterior. Thanks for sharing, we feel the pain we did our dream home about 15 years ago with Andersen windows nothing but issues with them. Happy thanksgiving to you and family
I recently bought 2 Jeld-wen windows for my house from Menards that had the same caulk issues around the edges. They are the cheapest windows that you can buy but it still wasn't quite as sloppy as what you guys got.
Happy Thanksgiving! Love you guys! I am a builder for the past 50 years, I have used Jeld Wen, However, I don't think I will any longer! They should give you your top window free!
I was considering ordering my custom windows from that same company. Thank you. I will move on to the next one on my list. No excuse for poor quality control. Even if they offer a partial refund, I dont have the time or patience to be dealing with someone else's incompetence. These items are top dollar. Why would we settle for a substandard product?
That's exactly how we feel!! Really upsetting. We don't have the time to wait another 6 weeks (plus potentially being back ordered again adding more time) as well as drive time on top of all of that to "hope" they get it right next time. Winter is here and we need the house closed in. They should have gotten it right the first time!
We live in NC near where they make those windows (I guess they could make them in more than one location). My builder wouldn't use them. He recommended another company, Lincoln, that makes a really good, though less expensive window. We've used the Lincoln windows as we've been slowly remodeling, and replacing windows in, our current home. A brand to consider if you need additional windows.
@@WildWonderfulOffGridIf I owned a window company I would totally swoop in and save the day by fixing this mess for you. -would be some good advertisement, I would feel good for fixing a problem, and it would make the competition look pretty bad! lol. win-win.. unfortunately I don't own one....
@@WildWonderfulOffGrid Could you file a complaint with the company over the mess? Maybe they could just give you a partial refund since you don't want to go through the hassle of getting replacements.
Wild Wonderful Off-Grid... we looked at several different manufacturers stock windows (not their displays, their inventory) before we bought. And PELLA got our custom order. After seeing your tribulations, I am glad we did. All of them were perfect. I was a QA Manager for 35 years and would have made the employee (and his/her) supervisor rework them in the spot. Any company who keeps employees with that lack of pride in workmanship is doomed. Competition will insure it. I recommend you make a short video showing just how bad they are. Couple that one with this one and send it directly to their corporate Customer Service.... you might get that peak window as an accommodation!!! Love your vids... awed by your progress.
The glass wall is a great look and as you said, the view is the payoff there. I like the French door idea; will be wonderful when it’s finished. Great job as usual.
The excitement was amazing, finally the view is Absolutely stunning ❤️ my heart goes out to you, unfortunately the window manufacturer, Needs to put this right, well done both, happy thanksgiving x❤️❤️
That’s really sad that this happened. I hope they send someone out to fix the problems with the windows. For all the money you spent on custom windows and no shipping damages that should have never left the manufacturer like that .. I hope all works out for you guys. Happy Holidays.
I did the same on my A Frame except where your sliders are i put two french doors with two french metal screen doors the two doors opened in, and the metal screen doors opened out to a 20 by 25 foot deck with a walk around walk way to the back where the 25 by 15 foot deck leading to 3 steps going down to a 8 by 10 foot deck landing and leading two 8 more steps to the ground. You all are doing a wonderful job !
Beautiful.....!!! Great job! I am really thankful to be able to witness a family working so hard to accomplish their goals!! Y’all keep up the good work!
beautiful house, congrats guys, you´re doing an amzing job, about the windows , you should ask for a discount or something, due to the bad quality. Greetings
It's so nice of you to post this video on Thanksgiving Day. The excitement of your entire family over the near completion of this phase of your build is heart-warming to us all. Congratulations! I would imagine ham and chicken are on the menu for a huge feast today. Enjoy! ... You are the epitome of a classic, loving American can-do family. May God bless you always. ... Marty
It's a huge day, a monumental day, of course it it is Josh and Erin, it is Wild Wonderful Off-Grid video day, where we the viewer get to sit back and relax and watch you both building a fantastic house for your family, thank you for letting us join you, 👍👌❤🇨🇦
Jeld Wen is manufactured in Stayton, Oregon. Ten miles from my home. They should see this video. I've heard that their quality is not the best. Contact them. Let them know.
Jeld-Wen has over 120 manufacturing plants. Jeld-Wen can identify which plant did their custom windows and hopefully investigate and compensate. No excuse for that poor workmanship.
Silas Bland i have sent this video to the European part of the JW company and ask them if this is the quality they stand for .... its fun do the founder of JW is from Germany and that country stands for quality 👍
I just found your channel. You are a truly amazing and happy family. Keep up the great work! Sadly, I had a similarly bad experience with the poor quality of custom JeldWen products. Two years ago I ordered of their 11 vinyl windows and 4 of their fiberglass doors, and I was appalled at the poor quality and workmanship. Each and every item had quality issues. Just as you noted, it appears that JeldWen has NO quality control whatsoever. Each window had sealant smears and globs, and also had different kinds of vinyl frame defects. One of the doors had a scratched glass panel that wasn't noticed until after installation a few weeks after delivery. Some windows weren't wrapped in plastic, but others were. None of the doors had the corner weatherstripping pads installed, and the doors had sealant smears and globs also. I complained through Home Depot, but JeldWen took no responsibility at all, and didn't care that I wasn't happy. Lesson learned.
Sorry you're having so much trouble with the windows. We remember the feeling when building our house having trouble throughout the build. Ten years from now you' ll be smiling about it. You' re doing a great job installing everything yourselves. So try to forget about those lousy window makers and enjoy the good side about you having fixed everything before the winter is coming. Greetings from Germany
I hope you guys get some kind of compensation. I can imagine how frustrating it is. But your house is taking shape so beautifully. Most beautiful, however, is watching you two lovely couple, lovingly and painstakingly put them all together. I’m in awe!
Hi guys. I came from Myself Reliance Channel which is great. But I never saw no one with skills like Josh. He has a very active mind and he sees like five steps ahead or more. You guys are a beautiful family and your wife is a hardworking girl and so gorgeous. Josh you are the Man! Congratulations all!
I can see a small window there but I think I would prefer to have a nice solid section there to mount floodlights for the deck that is going to be out there.
So disappointed for you!!! My first thought is “leakage” issues. From what you showed, I would fear that these windows will not be air tight resulting in heat loss among other possible issues. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏 that this is not the case. Thank you for the info about the manufacturer; it’ll help many others. Enjoyed sharing my Thanksgiving Day with you. Your home, the view you now have, everything is so beautiful, so perfect. You should be extremely proud of what you, your hard work and sacrifices, have accomplished. You have so very much to be thankful for if not only for your family (including Chucky, Black cat and all your critters, of course). Enjoy a Happy Thanksgiving Day!
When I saw the Windows my hands started shaking trying to push the button. Am happy for You Sir with sorry about the poor gulity some company don't cray about there crafts men ship.
Several other creator friends of mine have had issues with Jeld Wen as well, poor paint jobs, painting over stickers and labels etc...they better shape up!
I'm a big fan of you guys; you're a lovely family and great work team. I'd like to make some suggestions on a topic you haven't mentioned: forest fires. I see your home is surrounded on three sides by new growth deciduous forest. This won't burn like a pine forest, but it will burn under the right conditions. So here's some sugestions. Cut the bush back at least 100 feet from the house and plant grass. Keep the grass cut and watered. Make sure there are no bushes near the house; these flame up like blow torches. Don't store anything under the house. Don't store firewood near the house. If you can divert a stream higher than the house, make a pond. Get a kicker sprinkler to spray the forest-side of your house in case of a fire. Power it with a Honda pump at the pond. Build a little cinder-block pump house. Finally: don't leave your home in the event of a fire, you need to fight it actively when the front hits. The safest place for the kids meanwhile is in the middle of that field of yours. And good luck; hope it never happens. PS: good choice for the roof.
Look at those cool hats they're wearing at the start of this vid! Got one on the way ;) She IS right about that top window, but it does look amazing! Really nice call on using the lift, it was the right move. Really sorry to hear about the quality problems, and have to say, you're not only right that custom made products should have even Better quality than standard, but big money products need to be made correctly. Have to say that at times you run into building products made sloppily anymore, and it is a Big statement on the company, that they allow things like that to leave their place of manufacturing. Good thing is you guys can fix it, just shouldn't have to, and they need to be told that. Should give you a discount on that top triangle window to match. A BIG Happy Thanksgiving to your family..and to all out there!
We put in a 4 seasons room addition - from head to toe glass. It had a 10 yr warranty - 6 months after 10 yrs, it started to fog. We did replace it at great expense, and now it has a 20 yr warranty. If I were to do it again, I would not put in so much glass. Glass cannot be insulated even with argon inside it, the r value is much less than a wall. Also, in your case, if you were to do it over again, you don't need to put in triangular windows. Fitting regular rectangles with more wall and less glass will give you better insulation, and will be easier to find replacements. Also, adding insulated blinds helps in the winter and summer for insulation. We didn't opt to motorized shades up and down, but for high ceilings it is a nice convenience (although expensive)
You are a lovely and wonderful family. You work so hard. Both of you and all of your children are beautiful people. I enjoy your videos and, especially, your silly teasing, sense of humor. You are building your permanent home. That is so important. Stability, ownership, and investment. I wish you all the best. Chris.
You are doing such an excellent job... don't let the windows make you down... your house is beautiful even with few scratches in the windows... the bigger picture is such a great effort and enthusiasm you are putting in making your dreams come true... so, I'm pretty sure you will give the windows a little touch to clear out those scratches and all will be nice and fine... keep up guys... what a great job... what a wonderful family you are
Thank you, I have Jeld Wen windows I installed myself that I am pretty Happy with. It does Look good from a Distance no Doubt gave your home a face lift they should give you some kind of Discount. God Bless another Fantastic Video from both you beautiful People. Nice Family Happy Thanksgiving to all.
I've had many great experiences with Weld-Wen products in the past and when they weren't quite up to speed they were quick to make things right. Like a few others on this thread I have contacted them directly to see if it would help in you getting the support you need from them to make things right. Like you and all the other DIYers that follow your posts, we don't have time or money to correct manufacturer mistakes or oversights and it gets frustrating when it happens. Thanks for some great posts, keep them coming, HAPPY THANKSGIVING to your family.
Never seen such poor quality windows before. Totally deserves refund or some form of compensation. That silicone will be hard to get off too. Bummer guys.
You guys make it look so easy. Great teamwork and your chemistry to each other is exemplary. Contact the manufacture. They will make it right for you. You may have to go thru the place you ordered them from, but they should help you thru the process. You should be able to get money back for the inconvenience. Keep the streams coming, they are awesome. Love the camp fire scene with your son.
they did name it......Erin said it was Jeld Wen and you could see the "JW" decals on the windows when they were loading them on the trailer. I'm assuming they ordered them through Home Depot, and if so, they should leverage Home Depot to get involved to get those window issues resolved. Home Depot would have made $$ off of that order, so they have some responsibility/liability to make sure the customer is satisfied. They clearly are NOT, nor should they be.
Python 357 Personally I would deal directly with the company. Home Depot can be a nightmare. We live in Arizona. My sister hired Home Depot to repair a leak on her roof. They came out an accessed that the existing roofing tiles could be reused, in addition to adding some new ones, but that the entire roof would be fixed, repairing any wood and applying new underpayment. The company they hired did horrible work, with tiles cut incorrectly and not overlapped properly, to having a leak around a skylight, that did not leak prior. There were other issues as well. My sis had four other companies come out to look at the roof and give their opinion. Only one out of the four said they would attempt to fix the problems. All the others said she needed a new roof now! Home Depot’s warranty would cover fixing damage, but no one was going to touch that roof, without starting a new, so how does Home Depot cutting you a check and walking away help?? She just settled by essentially “calling it even,” and walking away. Home Depot is no longer responsible for the roof and the totally botched job the roofing company they hired did, and my sister will not owe them any more money. 😳😳
Bummer about the quality but I'm really happy that you guys finally got your windows, you've been more than patient and have worked so hard to make your dream come true. A real testament to the persistence and character of the type of people you truly are. Keep up the hard work. Thanks for sharing.
Enjoying watching you all, you are a great family. Glad I started watching your journey. Can’t wait to see you all grow in this thing we all call life. Please keep these videos coming. And Thank You for allowing all of us to see your family. ❤️
Excellent job on your installation! As an old retired window guy, I agree with Funk48 as my concern is that you may have leaks (vacuum) between the glass and they will fog up in a very short time. The manufacturer may offer you some discount due to the very poor quality, but that discount will be of little value if mid-winter your windows fog as there is no fix. I hope you received some warranty against vacuum leaks from either seller or manufacturer. Please look into that before you finish the install. Happy Holidays from Fallbrook, CA!
I’ve used Jeld-Wen windows before and have always found them to have a level of quality that matched the price. However, they were all standard production windows, not custom. I hate to be critical of any manufacturer, especially not knowing what your cost for these windows was, but I’m sure you have a very large investment, and it sure looks like you got “taken to the cleaners”. Circumstances make returning them for refund or replacement out of the question, so I definitely agree that Jeld-Wen should, if they have any interest in remaining in business, at the very least, send someone to your location to correct the issues. I also would hope that person would not leave until you’ve signed off that you are satisfied with the repairs.
I'd question if the seals were installed properly, the level of - actually lack of workmanship evident to the naked eye... That's completely unacceptable. I'd have a company rep up on that lift and make him acknowledge the quality control was not done on those windows.
wayne lewis when have you heard of a window manufacturer coming to a remote location for quality issues?? Why wasn’t the windows inspected upon purchase? I’m sorry but this instance happens far too often to be calling for the shut down of any businesses.
Isaac Taylor , I’ve had factory reps on site for other windows on three occasions. Twice, all defective units were replaced and I was reimbursed all costs. One time, the best I got was a partial refund and a mutual agreement the we would never cross paths again. In 37 years in business, we rarely have had serious issues with windows and doors, and when we have, they’ve usually been caught before installation. But once a crew installs them, I have too much invested in them to let the distributor off. If the distributor won’t make it right, just go directly to the manufacturer. You can’t stay in business by absorbing the cost of bad quality, and neither can the distributor. The manufacturer can’t stay in business if he won’t stand behind his product. I don’t know you, Isaac, or even what country you’re from, but in America we expect to get what we pay for, and that includes folks who build their own homes. This young couple has every right to demand, and get, satisfaction. And who is calling for shutting down any business?
@@daveweber1331 Being sealed correctly is the main point , I guess they will find out with the winter cold and trying to heat the house.................
So disappointed in the piss poor condition of those windows. Custom Windows and doors are very expensive. I really hope you share this video with the manufacturer. I also hope they give you a big discount and or/ replace the windows in an expedited manner. On another note your home is coming along beautifully. I am so impressed with your huge undertaking if building your own home. May God bless you and may you have no further mishaps and setbacks in this truly epic endeavor. Happy Thanksgiving!!
Some how, I believe that Jeld Wen NOW knows of Josh and Erin's displeasure in the quality or lack of quality in the windows they received. Jeld Wen will be reaching out to them Monday or Tuesday and make things right. Hopefully I'm right. One window having some caulking on a surface is somewhat expected, not the job shown here. The missing or thin paint is a total fail on the QC department at Jeld Wen.
I had the same caulk experience with American Craftsman windows by Anderson. Same big plate windows like yours, same giant mess of caulk. I had 6 windows, ended up returning and having them remake them multiple times. In total I received 15 windows before I finally just installed them and cleaned and re-caulked everything myself.
Wow. This is the second channel I follow that has had quality control issues with Jeld Wen products (you and Diyffrent). They need to step up to both of you. This can't be good press......

I’m sorry about the state of your windows but I’m glad you’re keeping your spirits up.
The glass façade is beautiful... The house is beautiful!
I would leave the windows alone and have a factory representative come out look at them
I agree.
Yeah but if they signed off on them, the manufacturer could claim it happened during installation. Tough situation
@@whiskey4553 the only thing you missed about your comment is it's on video they have something to show the manufacturer don't you think
As l watch the amazing content that you put out, and seeing how well this husband and wife team work together. Even with all the hard work, together the entire family make it look so easy!💞
Take pictures and ask for a discount on the shoddy way they were sent to the dealer for you. Happy Thanks giving to you both and yours
WOW it must feel amazing seeing your vision for the house actually coming together ! It looks so amazing , sorry about the windows
There is so much love in your family. The world would be a better place if people would love as much as you guys do.
I love the view of the mountains. I think a stained glass window would look really nice in the peak.
Thanks for the heads up on Jeld Wen. I am in the process of replacing the windows in my house and I looks like I'll be going with Andersen!!
May you and your family have a blessed Thanksgiving...
The excitement was amazing, finally the view is Absolutely stunning ❤️ my heart goes out to you, unfortunately the window manufacturer, Needs to put this right, well done both, happy thanksgiving x❤️❤️
Maybe get/make a stained glass cap window for that little triangle space.
Great idea!
Agree make your own design window for the top as it's not gonna be that big 👍👍
Agree they need a family or farm logo anyways that would be the perfect place to put it. Also happy thanks giving to all.
planeflyer21 great idea!
Excellent idea
When you have a following like yours and your not happy I guarantee they know about this by now and hopefully something will be done for you guys!
I'm so happy that I found this channel. By far my favorite to watch y'all are awesome
That’s really sad that this happened. I hope they send someone out to fix the problems with the windows. For all the money you spent on custom windows and no shipping damages that should have never left the manufacturer like that .. I hope all works out for you guys. Happy Holidays.
You two get an a++ on following osha lift safety guidelines. I really love the style of your house
I saw a guy in the bunker branding series wearing your hat about 2 weeks ago!
Jeld Wen is manufactured in Stayton, Oregon. Ten miles from my home. They should see this video. I've heard that their quality is not the best. Contact them. Let them know.
Kenny Monroe I love my jeldwen’s. I have their “premium vinyl” and they are great
@@ELIRAXPRT What year did you purchase them?
Nancy Parker special order for goofy sizes in 2017. Only complaint is the screens were a tight fit
I’m in awe!
Love the look of the Windows. Sorry they messed them up. I feel the hurt too. Happy Thanksgiving to y'all.😘😘😘😘😘
“Erin is 6’2” 250!” 😂😂😂 that killed me
Put an exhaust fan in the top triangle. You will be thankful come summer!
Good Job Guys!!
When I saw the Windows my hands started shaking trying to push the button. Am happy for You Sir with sorry about the poor gulity some company don't cray about there crafts men ship.
Такие молодцы, очень дружно работаете! И смотритесь просто супер. Прекрасная семья во всех смыслах. И очень красивая пара💥
Good luck with the windows. Happy thanksgiving. I hope the seals were at least done properly so there are no leaks!
I would also worry about the seals if the rest of the quality is poor.
You are a lovely and wonderful family. You work so hard. Both of you and all of your children are beautiful people. I enjoy your videos and, especially, your silly teasing, sense of humor. You are building your permanent home. That is so important. Stability, ownership, and investment. I wish you all the best. Chris.
Happy Thanksgiving to you too. The windows look beautiful and I am sure the manufacture company will hear about the issues. Blessings to you.

Get the Jeld-wen rep to come to your house and handle the issues.
Sucks to be Jeld-wen today.
Good luck getting them to send someone. They don’t return calls, seem to lack processes for simple requests.
Never seen such poor quality windows before. Totally deserves refund or some form of compensation. That silicone will be hard to get off too. Bummer guys.
@@clausiusuf Have an attorney send them a registered letter with pictures and watch how fast they respond.
I would place a formal complaint to that company and totally name this company directly and post pictures of the poor workmanship.
I agree with you Christopher. Happy Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving to u as well.
they did name it......Erin said it was Jeld Wen and you could see the "JW" decals on the windows when they were loading them on the trailer.
Agree, may get some money back, you don't want to have to replace them, we have that brand in Australia and they are usually pretty good quality

Happy Thanksgiving, Windows look great from afar. I would take them to the cleaners.
Love your videos bright spot to my day.
I’ve been waiting patiently for 4 days for an upload!
Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁🍽 🦃 from my family to yours!!
We appreciate, and are thankful for all the work you guys put in to provide content for us to be entertained by. Happy Thanksgiving!
After seeing this I would never use Jeldwin
We just put custom windows in our church conversion! Big job but makes such a difference! Love following your build!
You really did great both of you guys and don’t worry cuz everything will be fine ... best greats from Saudi Arabia ...
I would get a local stained glass artist to make a triangle window and have it framed in for the top window.
Brilliant!
Would you also pay for it?
@@xxZerosumxx Yes, and worth every penny. Just think the window will be there for decades or more.
