  • In this episode Crystal and I take an 8 hour road trip to Quebec where we pick up our new Atuk hot tent. After we got our tent, we drove to Old Montreal and did a little exploring before crashing for the night. The next morning we visited the famous Notre-Dame Basilica, had coffee at Cafe Olimpico then went to Schwartz Deli. For those of you who do not know, Montreal is famous for its smoked meat, and Schwartz Deli is the place to get smoked meat in Montreal - we check it out and give it a review.

Guy is incredibly warm and inviting, and we are so glad that we got a chance to meet him. Getting a tour of his shop was fascinating! Glad you enjoyed the video.

Your videos tell a good story. Guy is a class act. Very interesting fellow that walks the walk. Love my Atuk, also!

That was so COOL! Your video work is amazing and the bit you did on Guy almost makes me want to order a tent, almost.
Did he share any information on the military vehicles - not something you see everyday - off base anyway.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video! I remember Guy mentioning something about the military vehicles but I cant remember what he said -- sorry. We love our ATUK tent!

Hey Alpha Whisky, Guy told me that the truck is a 1193 western star(iveco) LSVW and that it came from the Canadian army

Great job on the video! Is that The LaFontaine Tunnel? Pretty freaky to see ore carriers going over your head!

Hmmm. I am actually not sure what tunnel that was.

Watching Ninja Warrior does not make you a Ninja Warrior 😉. Good job on the car repair though. Love how you two appreciate all of life's experiences and have fun in all you do. Thanks for taking us along with you.

Nice video! Never heard of ATUK before. Cool operation. Montreal is awesome too. I go pretty often but I've never been to Schwartz and don't feel like I'm missing out. :) My go to Montreal spots to eat are Aux Vivres and Sushi Momo. Cheers from Ottawa!
