This is my favourite verse in the Quran
O believers! Do not enter the homes of the Prophet without permission ˹and if invited˺ for a meal, do not ˹come too early and˺ linger until the meal is ready. But if you are invited, then enter ˹on time˺. Once you have eaten, then go on your way, and do not stay for casual talk. Such behaviour is truly annoying to the Prophet, yet he is too shy to ask you to leave. But Allah is never shy of the truth. And when you ˹believers˺ ask his wives for something, ask them from behind a barrier. This is purer for your hearts and theirs. And it is not right for you to annoy the Messenger of Allah, nor ever marry his wives after him. This would certainly be a major offence in the sight of Allah.

wait, if the believers weren’t allowed to marry the prophet’s wives after him, does the same apply to the men now? if a man passes away and he left a wife, they shouldn’t get re-married correct?
genuine question here because if the women are allowed to get remarried then wouldn’t that be a contradiction? wouldn’t that mean allah had different rules for the prophet than the rest of the muslims?

Prophet, We have made lawful for you your wives whom you have given their dowry, slave girls whom God has given to you as gifts, the daughters of your uncles and aunts, both paternal and maternal, who have migrated with you. The believing woman, who has offered herself to the Prophet and whom the Prophet may want to marry, will be specially for him, not for other believers. >

hey!! are you afraid of dying, or afraid of what comes after death? it may help to know why we even die in the first place. the Bible says in Romans 6:23 "the wages of sin is death." The reason WHY we even have to die in the first place is because of sin! And the worst part is, after we die on this earth, we have to stand before God and give an account for even word we ever spoke, every deed done, and every thought we've had, whether good or bad. God will judge everyone according to His law, the Ten Commandments. His law requires not to lie, steal, use His name in vain (ex: saying oh my (insert God's name), or commit adultery (and Jesus says that even looking at someone with lust is adultery in Matthew 5:27-28 (which applies if your a girl too lol) "whoever looks at a woman to lust for her commits adultery with her in his heart")
These are only some of God's ten commandments, and if you've broken them, God sees you as a lying, blaspheming, adulterous, thief. Obviously, if you were to die tonight and stand before God, you'd be guilty. The wage for your sin would be eternal death in Hell, with no escape or end. However.... GOD IS SO GOOD!!!! He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for YOU! Jesus never sinned, so He never had to die, but He died so He could pay the wage of your sins for you! That is why the rest of romans 6:23 says, "the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord." And God promises that if you repent of your sins and turn to Jesus Christ in faith, He will grant you everlasting life. It is not your works that save you, but the work of Christ on the cross. He died, and rose from the dead, proving that through Him, though we may die on this earth, we will rise afterward to Heaven!
think of it.. who has ever loved you like Christ? Has any friend, family member, or boyfriend/girlfriend ever loved you so much to die for you? And Jesus didn't HAVE to die for you, but He chose to out of love, even though you have sinned so many times against Him. This is exactly why Romans 5:8 says, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
You can die at anytime (no one knows when!) and end up face to face with God, Who will judge you based on His law. Without Christ, you will be guilty and damned for all of eternity in Hell. Why look for love anywhere else when God has so greatly loved you by dying to save you? please think about this, its not religion, but faith in Jesus Christ

There’s wisdom in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH for Muslims to travel with a companion and particularly for women to travel with a mahram when she has one (and a group of women when she does not).

When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) started preaching by reciting the Quran, the Leader of Meccan Pagan were mesmerised by the beauty and message of the Quran, they warned the Pagan Arabs not to listen to the Quran because it is magical and they will changed their Pagan faith and become Followers of Muhammad. What is it that attracts people to Islam? Mohammad's shining personal character? Its contradictions with the New and Old Testament? The pagan rituals at Mecca? The peaceful example of Muslims around the world throughout history and in our own day? With so many positive attributes, it is difficult to say which one stands out the most!
Its something you lack, critical thinking and research. People that are just spoon fed misinformation and propaganda to justify yet another conflict to secure oil or a geopolitical advantage and never try to question things can't get it.

@@sunwukong32 no it's not. Numbers are increased majorly bcoz of high fertility rate. Conversion also play small role in grow but that's normal when 2 billion people always ready for an opportunity to give a dawah to non muslims unlike other religion people who don't have itching to give dawah. It's about marketing of religion, not bcoz religion is pure and true. Only other religion which puts effort to convert is Christianity which is already ahead of Islam in numbers.

I guess you've never heard of missionaries or evangelists but that's another thing you're wrong about. Christians are spending billions of dollars, going on trips, making movies, writing books, running youtube channels, preaching on corners with mics and amps, all because they have the "itching to give dawah". Yet their numbers are still going down and it's estimated that if Islam is not already the largest religion, it will be in 10 years.

Then they responded, saying: "God is Most Great! " before the manifestation of Divine beauty, glory, perfection, and majesty in the mirrors of beings, ever changing on the face of the universe; they bowed reverently in their impotence, and prostrated in humility with love and wonder.
Then announcing their poverty and need, they responded with supplication and beseeching to the Possessor of Absolute Riches' displaying the abundance of His wealth and breadth of His mercy, and declared: "From You alone do we seek help!"
Then they responded appreciatively to the All-Glorious Maker's displaying the subtleties and wonders of His antique art in the exhibition of creatures, exclaiming: "What wonders God has willed!" Observing and applauding them, they declared, "How beautifully they have been made! What blessings God has bestowed!" Holding everyone witness, they said in wonder: "Come! Look at these! Hasten to the prayers and to prosperity!"
And they responded with submission and obedience to the Monarch of Pre-Eternity and Post-Eternity's proclamation of the sovereignty of His dominicality in every corner of the universe and the manifestation of His unity. Declaring: "We hear and we obey!", they affirmed His unity.
Then, before the manifestation of the Godhead of that Sustainer of All the Worlds, they responded with worship and humble veneration, which consists of proclaiming their poverty within need, and with the prescribed prayers, which are the summary of worship. Thus, through performing their various duties of worship in the mighty mosque known as the abode of this world, they carried out the obligations and duties of their lives, and assumed 'the finest of forms.' They ascended to a rank above all creatures by which, through the auspiciousness of belief and assurance and 'the Trust,' they became trustworthy Vicegerents of God on the Earth. And after this field of trial and place of examination, their Munificent Sustainer invited them to eternal happiness in recompense for their belief, and to the Abode of Peace in reward for their adhering to His religion of Islam. There, He bestowed on them out of His mercy bounties so dazzling that no eye has seen them, nor ear heard them, nor have they occurred to the heart of man {[*]: See, page 88, footnote 22.} - and so He does bestow these on them, and He gave them eternity and everlasting life. For the desirous, mirror-bearing lovers of an eternal, abiding beauty who gaze upon it will certainly not perish, but will go to eternity. The final state of the Qur'an's students is thus. May Almighty God include us among them, Amen!
As for the other group, the sinners and the wicked, when they entered the palace of this world at the age of discretion, they responded with unbelief to all the evidences of Divine unity, and with ingratitude towards all the bounties, and by accusing all creatures of being valueless, insulted them in an unbelieving manner. And since they rejected and denied all the manifestations of the Divine Names, they committed a boundless crime in a short time and became deserving of endless punishment. For the capital of life and the human faculties were given to man for the duties mentioned above.

i)
Islam is the only non-Christian faith, which makes it an article of faith to believe in Jesus (pbuh). No Muslim is a Muslim if he does not believe in Jesus (pbuh).
(ii)
We believe that he was one of the mightiest Messengers of Allah (swt).
(iii)
We believe that he was born miraculously, without any male intervention, which many modern day Christians do not believe.
(iv)
We believe he was the Messiah translated Christ (pbuh).
(v)
We believe that he gave life to the dead with God’s permission.
(iv)
We believe that he healed those born blind, and the lepers with God’s permission.
The TRUTH always sets you free.
