Yes I used the tool too. Rudulphs gba backup tool to be exact! Great piece of software that i have been using for years. However the gboperator seems like a great tool to do that too, plus to also play the games on pc… i need to buy one but not yet

What if my battery is dead for gen 3 specifically emerald I save it on the operator to change out the battery but the clock still won’t work can I fix the clock to work again to grow berries and get to the sea caverns

I usually use modded NDS (Homebrew) for getting SAV File of gen 3 Pokemon. You just need install the GBA Back Up Tools.
Can you swap the sav file so you cartridge has a different say file forever?

For the RTC to work, you need a working battery. But for Gen 3 games you don't need to back up the save file, you can just switch batteries

Kind of. You can save the Pokémon’s data and import it into your boxes. Not so much transferring as much as it is just copy and pasting.
