ஐயா வணக்கம் , நான் எனது தந்தைக்கு 10/8/2013 பிராமிசரி நோட்டில் கையெழுத்து மற்றும் இடது பெருவிரல் ரேகை வாங்கி 500000 ,5 லட்சம் கடனாக கொடுத்தேன். அப்பா என்னிடம் வீட்டின் original document தந்து பணம் தந்த பிறகு திரும்ப தா என கூறினார்.அவர் பணம் திரும்ப தராததால் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வளக்கறிவிப்பு செய்தேன். 23.9.2019ல் தீர்ப்பாணை வந்தது அதில் 9 லட்சம் பணம் தர வேண்டும் என தீர்ப்பாணை வந்தது .எனது தந்தை 2015ல் இறந்து விட்டார். பின்னர் நான் பணம் கேட்டு பிரச்சனை வந்ததும் நீதிமன்றம் செல்வேன் என்றதும். என் தந்தை அவரது வீடு மற்றும் ஒரு வயல் நிலத்தை எனது 2வது அண்ணனு க்கு செற்றில்மென்ட் யாருக்கும் தெரியாமல் ஏதோ ஆவணத்தை காட்டி எழுதி கொடுத்து விட்டார். அவன் Judgement ஆகி வீடு ஏலத்திற்கு கொண்டு வரும் நிலையில் ஆவணத்தை நீதிமன்றதில் இது என் சொத்து என கூறுகிறான். ஐயா என் முழு பணமும் கிடைக்குமா 30.6.2023 Next hearing இருக்கு உடனடியாக தயவு கூர்ந்து பதில் தாருங்கள். நான் மிகவும் மனவேதனையுடன் இருக்கிறேன். 10.8.2013 பிராமிசரி கொடுத்திருக்கிறேன்.அவர் 3.7.2014 செற்றில் மென்ட் எழுதி இருகிறார்..
