Seeing Michael Keaton return as Batman is gonna be so nostalgic.
The Flash is one of my favorite DC superheroes, and in my opinion, the most down to Earth and relatable. It's about time he got his own movie.

I am so excited. Also, Keaton was born in 1951. Dude is going to turn 72 soon. He seems to be on the same elixir that Paul Rudd is on.
Loved this reaction as I was watching this my TH-cam notification for the New Rockstars breakdown popped up going there after this you two are always fantastic to watch.
Keaton coming back as Batman really brings a No Way Home kind of hype with it. Having Michael Shannen back as Zod but not having Cavill there to fight him is a cheap shot but I do think Supergirl seems interesting. There are rumors of Cavill having a cameo but I'm not holding my breath on that.
i watched another reacter who said that kal was originally supposed to be the one fighting zod here but because cavill was kicked out, they went with kara instead. she is the replacement in this version of flashpoint and the only version of a last son/daughter of krypton we'll see.
they brought zod back to be beaten by a girl superman. so they could show the world that women can be as strong as men.
Plus, this movies essentially gives us 3 active batman actors at the same time. Reviving Keaton, returning affleck, and pattinson. And we get 2 of them in the same film.
The fact that some reviewers who already seen the movie made a statement about the greatest DC movie of all time making me more excited
The biggest question this movie raise is how berry's parents' death is connected with the death of heroes in present?
His parents death is a fixed point, fixed points are events that are so important to the timeline that they cannot be changed. If this happens, then the natural flow of time will be affected. By going back in time, Barry created a whole new timeline in which his mom was alive, but he was not The Flash and the world just wasn’t the same.

The first Batman and the last Batman (so far) in one film, I think this is going to surpass Spider-Man no way home, as far as how surprised I am at this movie. It's genius and I'm there day one at the theater.

In this movie, Supergirl saw her entire planet explode and family die. Then she was kidnapped on Earth when she landed and tortured. She knows more suffering than Flash and Batman combined.
The Scene from Batman 89 your referring to was when Batman stole joker's balloons and release it into the sky and then fly straight up to the moon light and back down towards joker.
I have to admit I got chills during that moment when the Batwing is shot down and Batman simply glides out like "Oh, you shot down my plane? I'm Batman, bitch." The creatives did a great job imagining what his armory might look like in later years too!
The Batwing isn't shot down. It was the resemblance of the Man of Steel where Nam-ek destroys the fighter jet(the same way destroys Batwing in Flash). Superman encounters Zod and then Faora n Nam-ek attacks him.

Jabby take Achara to See Chevalier. 96% audience score on rooten tomatoes. Saw it yesterday. Amazing film! You both will be blown away at how well it is written and directed and fast paced and on the edge of your seat. Romantic as well. The cast was amazing and early on the dialog from Minnie Drivers first conversation with him... so elegant yet seductive. Wow! I think you two are old enough now to see this. LOL! This is a Disney film. Searchight is as subsidary of Disney. That is why the production value is so high and it wil likely win best custom design along with best picture and original screenplay..

This looks great! Though, has no one watched the Netflix Flash series ?? This should not be a very unknown storyline if you watched that, this was the main thing covered in S2 - S3 there (going back in time to rescue parents, creating different branch timelines, multiple Flashes etc.)

Nope, we didn't really need a second theatrical trailer. But since they released that first trailer so far in advance of the movie's release and they still need to promote the movie, well, they released a second theatrical trailer and there will still be TV spots I'm sure with some new footage and international trailers with new footage. Michael Keaton's 1989 Batman had zero trailers prior to the movie's release. They only had billboards and posters mostly with just the bat symbol on it.
may be 2nd flash become Reverse flash, we saw ot previously in CW series when one barry become savitar due to flashpoint.

I thought it mostly looked fine. That scene where Kara hits the Kryptonian (Zod?) with the big staff looked kind of wonky, but maybe there was some weird trailer editing going on there.

I think Ben Affleck is the best BRUCE WAYNE ever but Michael Keaton remains the best BATMAN ever. Keaton just looks perfect with that Batman suit with or without the cowl.
Keaton still has the best Batman suit ever, best Batman logo ever, best Batman theme music ever, best Batmobile ever, and best Batwing ever. Tim Burton really nailed the aesthetics, atmosphere, and sound from his '89 & '92 Batman films.
Ron Livingston from Swingers (1996) and Office Space (1999), and Maribel Verdu from Y Tu Mama Tambien (2001) with Diego Luna as a co-star have come a long way. Glad they're getting these opportunities as Barry's parents.
I love Air which will probably remain my favorite film of 2023. Diehard MJ fan. Batman made a cool movie about MJ 🐐 before he became Superman to Chicago and the sports world during the 80s & 90s. But The Flash is going to be my most anticipated.
I hope James Gunn is correct when he said The Flash is one of the greatest superhero films he's ever seen. I have superhero movie fatigue since 2021 but I'll never grow tired anticipating for the next Batman film.
Batman will always be my guy. I'll always watch the next Batman film. Can't wait for The Batman 2. Batman is the main reason people will flock to see The Flash. To watch the two greatest Batmans ever one last time.
Please give us a scene with Keaton and Affleck together and fighting baddies. The two Batmans' No Way Home moment. The Flash will become two of the greatest Batmans' Endgame/No Way Home.

its so funny its a Flash movie, but all we talk about is Batman. Oh, now you have to react to trailer 3, the international trailer. New footage.
This film could be the best *DC* film since The Dark Knight. Bale is the best actor among all the Batmans and the one in the best Batman films. But he was never my favorite among all the Batmans I've seen dating back to Batman 1966.
Not that DCEU set a high standard. I don't think it will be too hard to be better than films like Man of Steel and Batman v Superman. But the quality to this film can rival the best MCU has offered.
I was born in December of 1980, so Batman 1989 was really the first big blockbuster I wanted to see in the theater. And I did. Watched it in the balcony of the Chinese Theater since one of my aunts worked there. I wouldn't go far to say that I loved it but I loved the Batman character since that film.
Last year, one of my favorite movies was Top Gun: Maverick. The first Top Gun was the first film I remember seeing in the theaters as a child. Wouldn't it be cool if The Flash becomes the Top Gun: Maverick of 2023 for an 80s baby like me who loves 80s nostalgia?
The highest grossing of 2023 happens to be about a video game character from the 80s. And that movie used the typical 80s songs that Loki already used. So Hollywood is becoming a wet dream to middle-aged people like me obsessed with childhood 80s nostalgia.
With all the superhero fatigue we're experiencing during the past year and this film acting like the start of James Gunn's DC reboot, it only makes sense that one of the last superhero films I want to watch involves Michael Keaton. It started with Michael Keaton for me and it will end with Michael Keaton for me. Full circle after 34 years.
I expect Keaton's Batman to have the Tony Stark death scene that RDJ had in Endgame. But it only makes sense if all of them die to reboot DC completely.

I don't have a lot of movies I'm highly anticipating for in 2023. But The Flash is definitely my most anticipated of this year after seeing that Super Bowl teaser and Keaton saying his famous line: I'm Batman.
I would love surprise cameos from Bale and Pattinson. I know it sounds corny, gimmicky, and ridiculous and could ruin the entire film's main plot but it would be like gathering every living James Bond actor for one 007 film.
This is DCEU's Endgame and No Way Home coming right up in June. The series finale for the Batmans in Burton-verse and Snyder-verse. And I expect it to be great and be the best DC film since The Dark Knight.

Batfleck is the best BRUCE WAYNE ever. But he will never top the OG Batman film actor for me in KEATON. When it comes to Batman, it starts and ends with KEATON for me.

That's you Jaby, but I for one am because when I got introduced to supergirl in the dcau I LOVED her so much that I picked up a comic and I actually thought the cw series was gonna do her justice but they turned her into a Clark 2.0. She is not like Clark atall😂😂😂, and the movie to me, seems they're really leaning into that hot headed ready to fight supergirl. Comic accurate supergirl and I'm freaking excited because Melissa was done dirty with that dumpster fire of a show. She's a very completed character with so many interesting themes tied to her actions and relationship towards humanity. Put it this way, Clark in the dceu, is actually the strange relationship supergirl has with humans, she doesn't understand Clark's love for earth because she was born and raised on krypton
