This piggy back module hooks up with your factory Infiniti headunit and screen. You can select which software you’d like to use on the fly, either factory or Car Play with a press of a button. Works wirelessly between your phone and the unit.
Nifty City module comes with an installation diagram, no splicing, no cutting, all Plug N Play.

How is it working with non navi, not touch screen model? Also will it work if I want to put touchscreen from a newer model?

I replaced the navigation, audio system, and navigation controller from lower-option parts to higher-option parts, but the navigation and display do not work. Do you know what the problem is? The model year is 2009 FX35.
The navigation screen does not come on and only the radio sound is heard. The navigation buttons do not work either.

How do i keep the settings for the time and I noticed the sound gets turned off by the unit sometimes as if the unit is not saving my previous settings otherwise its flawless!

In these vehicles, the video plays when the parking brake is applied in its original state, but the video stops when the parking brake is lowered. Have you had the opportunity to cancel the sensor cable coming from the parking brake by detecting a cancellation?

7 months later and I’m sitting in my car with no progress when I hit the back button nothing happens!!!

Unfortunately not!
Teyes is good option in your case. just replace your head unit with Teyes+ you have to buy necessary cunbus. You will get full modern android head unit which support all factory stuff.
